The only reason for retirement age men to consider under 35 is to have a family. Raise children. The chances of finding a young, mature woman that wants to be in a "traditional" relationship, without children, under 35 are no better in the Philippines than America. Hello Folks, Could you do a discussion on the single mom/ child dynamic in Philippines. Many Filipinas are perfectly okay with leaving their children with relatives to raise and moving around with their foreigner partners. The prices of houses will mostly stay the same or go down a little for the higher priced stuff, over the next year or so. If Intrest rates reset down by 2-3 % points by the end 2nd quarter next year.
