Leg Burner Indoor Cycling Workout | 35 Minutes
Ride with Paul and prepare to feel the burn with this challenging 35 mins LEG BURNER RIDE!! It’s a fantastic journey which includes a mix of intervals on a variety of terrain including; flat roads, rolling hills, steep climbs and a burner climb!! This indoor cycling session will help improve your fitness, your strength and burn lot’s of calories! It’s time to burn, it’s time to ride and be pushed all the way - let’s go!!
