    Paul is an evil genius! 😅. After beating us into the ground on one of his amazing rides, (all for our own good of course!), he leads us through a wonderful zen - like stretch session to literally help us get ready for the next beating!! ( all for our own good of course 😉) . Well played sir, well played!! 👏 😁

    Great stretches after your workouts can really feel them working. I do however keep getting cramp in my right foot after a workout and I don't know why 🤦‍♀️

      Hey Banxsyvdub - don’t force the stretches, guide them and allow the muscles to stretch. Increase you water intake and look into electrolytes too.
