Contacted Resmed today for help. Myair app would only show my Airsense 10 model that I used for 5 years. I was told that I needed to set up a new email address, enter my newer model Airsense 11 info. I contacted my cpap supplier with my new email address....and MYAIR app works now! FINALLY AFTER 1.5 YEARS!

Great info- do you prefer a specific filter for it? Possible to use a disposable white filter plus the black foam? Thank you.

I get told i need the app when i try to connect via bluetooth, even tho the app is already on my phone, very frustrating.....

I could not get the Bluetooth to connect so had to use serial and machine number to connect

I am new to this. I’ve been having condensation in tubing. I have switched to heated. So I have been trying different settings. So I just put my machine humidifier to auto as u suggested. But u also showed to put tube setting to 3. Well it won’t let me put tube to 3. It sets it to auto and it will not let me in to change to 3. Any thoughts?

How do you take off the nose mesh filter on the pillows and how often do you change it?

The worst mask ever. The stupid hose fitting they have that connects the hose to the mask is stupid. It doesn't rotate and pops off all through the night. Getting woke up to loud air noise is worse than having sleep Apnea. If they would fix that stupid connection it would be a good mask. I'm going to try Gorilla Glue

I have had to turn off the heated tube, and set the humidifier to 5, and still getting a little dry mouth. Is there something wrong with the machine? It is new. When I do the preheat it heats up too warm.

I have tried with this mask looks like it was a waste of money. It’s starts out reasonable but a few hours in it makes my mouth so dry, should you still wear a chin strap as well. I breath through my nose all day and so I thought during the night, wish it would have worked. 🧑‍🦰🥹🥲😞😵‍💫👎

Hi I have an issue with the smart start function, it is turned on but does not start on mask wearing. How could I reset?

It seems Humidity 8 would be higher than humidity 1, but there is no documentation that this is the case! Terrible interface, should have had smaller and larger water drops at either end.

My silicone mask has come off the frame. Can you show how to reassemble the silicone ? I have ordered a new one but it won’t come from Medicare for 2 weeks or Amazon for 2 days. Thank you.
