She specializes in women’s health, along with general orthopedic conditions and injuries. Kristen’s goal is to help women restore function and fitness through safe and effective movement.

    I cannot stress enough how damaging this is for your rotator cuff. Do overhead presses and lat pull down for your upper body to gain muscle and strength. If he wants to lose weight, change his diet. Simple as that.

    people really dont get it. i should say some. my first time ever goin to the gym was last year starting of summer and i havent stopped since. in such a short period of time my body changed. no one could ever put me down again not only did i do that but I DID IT BY MYSELF!
