    What is the diet in everyday life to be fit. I am saying regular food. Not so specific like Avacado, blueberry etc

    My uncle was a vegetarian for a long time. for most of my life growing up and then he started getting health problems. Now he's at a point where his body can't tolerate anything except meat meet for so many decades he doesn't expect to live much longer. His stomach gets bloated if he eats something that's not meat. He has joint problems in his fingers and they won't extend all the way. I don't think keto diet is any better than being a vegetarian. I think those are both wrong because you need both carbohydrates and protein and it's not good to deprive yourself of one or the other. The latest guy that I've ever seen at 5.3% body fat eats carbohydrates. So that's good enough for me
