Banana and chocolate puff pastry rolls: How to Make
Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
1 medium banana
2 ounces of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Powdered sugar for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the banana and replace it with chocolate pieces.
Roll out the puff pastry into a large square and slice into strips.
Roll the pastry around the banana, starting at one end and rolling to the other.
Place the rolled bananas on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, until they are golden brown and puffed up.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
