Coca-Cola and Milk reaction experiment

Clearing Up cola or coca-cola milk reaction description:
1. Open the cola and pour in some milk so that the liquid is just an inch from the top.
2. Watch. The changes may take up to an hour.
What’s Happening?
--- Near the bottom of the bottle, you'll notice brown-black, frothy clumps after around 15 minutes.
--- The cola's phosphoric acid reacts with casein protein in the milk, causing it to clump together with the caramel coloring and other soda components.
--- The bottom will be full of the dark, curdled milk after an hour.
--- Water, sugar, and the remaining proteins and fat from the milk make up the transparent top layer.
