In these days of turmoil, it comes as a comfort that Grace persists and seemingly thrives. Thank you.❤
God, the MOST beautiful dancer and my absolute favorite and inspiration, especially as an adult dancer of 48 who only started my ballet journey 7 years ago. I'm an infant in ballet years...a ballet baby, but Sara, your grace and talent and beauty are deeply inspiring to me and your spirit on the dance floor is who I want to emulate in every class and performance:)
Sara Mearns is such a wonderful artist. I love to see her moving. She is a real Diva! ❤
Piano drowns out the voice (I'd much rather hear what she has to say.)
3:02 That’s adorable🥰✨🥰✨
Wow my dancing idol
Doesn’t that cause your tights to run ?(sewing ribbon to them.)
I just love Sara! She is such a beautiful dancer
Your bulimia is very obvious on your face. Bear in mind
The final 1/4 portion of the video has been erased. Please kindly reupload!
wow so inspiring and that is why I love dancing. I am planning to do dance therapy after I have finished occupational therapy. I am a bit nervous as I am competing with professional dancers. But I feel like I am flying when I am dancing. I love it when people come up to me and tell me that they were entranced when they watch me dance. At the moment I am doing freestyle and tribal. I also love belly dance.
This woman (goddess) speaks. And it’s like a life changing Quote. Thank you, Sara! ❤❤❤
Keep strong. Dont forget that despite the evil in this world, God is full of justice, mercy and love. Justice said we broke His perfect law - causing the world's previous perfection to be destroyed - and therefore we deserve Hell (like a punishment in any legal system but this is eternal as His perfect law is eternal too). Don't think you fit in that category? Ever done one of these?: lying, stealing - regardless of how small the object EVER, hating others - which is murder in God's perfect law, lusting (plus God sees our entire thought life). Justice says "the soul that sins shall die" - if we break one in thought/word/deed it's as if we're guilty of all of them. Quite simply, living by the law (which is doing everything perfectly) is impossible for sinful humans . The law shows us that 1. We will die in Hell if we fail to follow it and 2. We cannot save ourselves BUT, 3. God's perfect, immovable law points us to Christ, who followed and fulfilled the law in thought, word and deed perfectly in our place. He did what we couldn't and did it on our behalf. He was then sentenced to death on a cross, and took our personal punishment for our sin, paying our penalty (like paying our fine) completely FOR us, and has given us freedom. If we turn from the sins we have committed and repent (pursue the opposite direction of love through Christ) He will, overtime, recreate us back into that previously perfect image through The Holy Spirit which Jesus sends to all who accept Him as their personal Lord and Savior of their life. It's not about following the law - perfectly, as it's impossible - it's about letting Christ in to guide and teach you and obeying Him through His power (not ourselves as it's impossible without depending on His power and instruction). He is our substitute in His life, death and resurrection. He essentially rewrote history in our place so that, if you believe in Him, it will be as if you had never sinned if you accept Christ's death as our own in our place. He is in Heaven right now preparing a place for us so that He can take His faithful, believing children home with Him when He returns. He will ressurrect us from death when He returns, giving mercy to those who accept His love, instruction and teachings in their life, and give justice to those who refuse it. He doesn't want ANY of us to go to Hell and die for continuing in evil and rejecting His way to life, thats why He died FOR us. Hes giving EVERYONE a chance, He wants everyone to take the free gift of salvation from Hell. He wants us to be His and begin to follow His life of love and service through His power and abiding (staying) with Him. So long as we keep our hearts near to Christ through His strength, strive to follow His will of perfect love revealed in the Bible, and let Him lead in the midst of (very certain) pitfalls and struggles, we will, in time, win the ultimate victory over sin, pain and DEATH through Christ. Even if you are willing to be made willing, pray for Jesus to come in and He will do what we can't. Give us The Holy Spirit who will guide us in the right way. NOTE: You are NEVER too sinful or messed up that God cannot turn your life around through Jesus. EVER. Regardless of what you've done or what you're going through you CAN make it through Jesus. If you have any questions let me know

Bueno
I don’t know if you read the comments but I am no ballet dancer but your inspiration to do what you love is awe inspiring keep it up what you love 🤩
I just cannot believe the comments... after seeing Russian and French ballerinas and their lines - how is it possible to enjoy this?
Specifically because it is NOT French or Russian. If that is what you want to see then go watch it.
@@ahoward3819 I see, you go to see ugly precisely because beautiful standards are French or Russian.
@@ahoward3819 Sarah Mearns would not even pass throyugh facial selection before ballet school, as one of her eyes sits anout an inch lower than another, it is a cranial deformity, excuse me.
@@svetavinogradova4243 Not true. But I appreciate the differences in them and see each for its own positives and negatives. You should try it. Or not. It is up to you to choose to not see the beauty in something. And that speaks much more about you then it does a ballet dancer.
@@ahoward9198 What is not true? She is square as a wardrobe, no waist, torso of a colonei., short and stocky, with right eye much lower than her left eye ( cranial deformity) and swollen saliva glands of an experienced bulimic. This is my personal opinion based on her videos. You need to recalibrate your sense of beauty.
This is perfom inpiration
Actually a physical therapist can evaluate how you walk and suggest orthotics. I have a weird stride where I pronate on one foot and supinate on the other. So I need to buy my orthotics in sets of two!! I think people might not realize that "orthotics"are just like the insole of a shoe, they're not that complicated or ugly! Thanks for showing that they fit into sparkly sneakers!!
She looks so exhausted in the beginning!! I love her, she's just so down to earth, I love her personality she's so relatable to me.
I absolutely loved watching this, I was so into it and then the video just died. What a buzzkill 🙄
She's one of my favorites she's just so chill and laid back, she's someone whose probably a really good person.
A secret chiropractor....why?!? Does the company have one employees are supposed to use, or what? I can’t imagine that there are still people who think they do voodoo, or something....I could not have survived without one for almost 30 years, and, although I’m in tough shape now, I shudder to think what my pain would be like without constantly shifting things back into line.
Sarah Mearns and Ashley Bauder are my favorite NYCB dancers. In addition to impeccable technique, they're artistry and performance is breathtaking to watch. I would love to watch both of them perform Swan Lake live but at this point I'll settle for a video. But I can't find any full length videos of NYCB Swan Lake 🥺
2022. My admiration and compliments.
Do you find a firmer mattress helps your back?
Absolutely beautiful.
Swan lake, truly one of the most rigorous and challenging ballets for a ballerina, akin to an iron man competition, but every day for a period of weeks’!! Now add emotion! Incrioable!!
the lead role in the full version of the sleeping beauty is considered by most ballerinas to be more difficult, but, yes....this is a challenge
That makeup removal!!! Get some cleansing balm to melt the makeup off.
she has to be the only charismatic dancer of these days. She is an artist. Fullstop.
you are so limited in your knowledge of ballet... Sarah is a very mediocre and avery non-beautiful dancer.
Does every professional ballerina have to leave home at 15 to study full time? Are there instances where a ballerina can stay in a regular high school, practice after school and join a company at 18?
I don’t really care about the hairstyle she’s showing us. I’m just watching because she’s such an incredibly likable person. So down to earth, humble, concerned for others and awfully mature for her age. She’d be a great friend.
I love her so much, I think she's just mesmerizing, she seems really down to earth, too. I feel no ego coming from her, which is refreshing☆
beautiful, expressive,, and powerful....wonderful dancer
Could you repost with the entire video intact? This is such a brilliant piece on Sara & it’s too bad that the 2nd half is wiped out! 😢
Blast vid turns to crap 11:30 - tech problems...
Sara Mearns is different. She takes you into an emotional journey already on the interviews. Before I saw her on stage I could not understand what the hack was supposed to be so special about her. When I finally saw her on stage I was speechless. She created a magnetic field, almost like smoking opium...and you would wake up brutally at the end of the piece with the audience clapping. A truly unique experience watching her perform. She is like out of a David Lynch movie.
I love the way you described this. I would love to see her.
How do they memorize all the steps in each ballet they have to dance? Just , how?
I love ❤️ that Sara enjoys playing the White Swan 🦢 more!
Oh my goodness. My Alumni!
2 second video? How disrespectful of ur audience.
The way these performers remove their makeup 😬 Aaaahh! No!!
This video craps out about 2/3 of the way through. Too bad.
Thank you!! That was beautiful, inspiring, hopeful. Happy sigh...
I wish I had stuck with it now. I took ballet from the age of 4 until about 12, then quit because I thought I would rather do cheerleading. I wish I could go back and change that
So beautiful and talented!
Damn I feel you, I can't be on time to save my life!!
"I don't want to come back down from this cloud."
I thought I'd be watching her apply it...??
If she's danced Swan Lake so many times during her career, why the need for all the practice?
Why does she wrap her calves with plastic at the beginning of the video? Anybody knows?
