He's a wolf and I daresay a modern day Pharisee, the same group of people who thought they were something special, who didn’t operate in love, who taught false doctrines, who believed the rules and Commandments of God only apply to others and not them (a la "rules for thee, not for me") and who didn’t like being called out by Jesus any more than woke cultists like it today. Only thing to do with "churches" like these, sadly, is to shake the dust off our feet if they won't listen.

Whenever the NT speaks of God's love, it speaks of God's loving gift of Christ for our salvation from sin unto eternal life. John 3:16; Romans 5:8; 1 John 4:8-10. Progressives love to say "God loves you unconditionally." Actually, such a statement is not found in the NT. It may be true in a sense, but it's meaningless, because speaking of God's love without speaking of God's loving gift of Christ, Crucified and Risen, is to speak empty words. Right off the bat, you know this woman "pastor" is off the rails because she doesn't realize that Nicholas is quoting Paul's words from the New Testament. I wonder what seminary she attended?

I am a born-again christian, and what this "woman " is preaching- if you eant to call it that is wrong on so many scriptual levels! First, a woman must be silent in the church. 1st Timothy 2:11. Second, she doesn't quote ANY scriptures. Third, Thevgay movement is an abomination to the Lord! Make no mistake about it! Romans 1:26,27.

My goodness, it's going from bad to worse. You are absolutely right. Rather than being counter-cultural and standing against sin and wickedness as the early church did (at great cost), these churches are affirming what our lost culture already accepts and celebrates. Nothing counter-cultural about that. There is no source for our "image" of Jesus other than the Scriptures. Jesus said, "I came not to abolish the law but to fulfill it." He fulfilled the law FOR US because WE CAN'T (we are not perfect as we are, despite what she says), and then gave his perfect life in death as the expiation for our sins. But the law (especially the moral law) still guides and directs us for faithful living, according to God's design. Which reminds me that Jesus himself was the "sign." I have to assume that United Methodist seminaries are no longer teaching Old Testament, New Testament, historic Christian theology or proper Biblical exegesis for preaching. A very sad state of affairs for a once respected Christian denomination.

False gospel indeed. Not a single one of us is "perfect just the way you are." That is the point of Jesus taking human form and living among us. Yes, he met with and ate with sinners, but each one of them was changed by the experience of being in His presence. I pray that all of the people who hear such a message will somehow come to know the real truth of the Gospel of Jesus. Only then can they be saved. This preacher is certainly not saving anyone, but it didn't sound like there were a whole lot of people listening to her anyway, which is a blessing.

The first wrong assumption that faithful believers make about these kinds of false shepherds and apostate churches is that they "should" be ashamed of themselves for what they are doing. It is obvious they have no shame. So all that awaits them is the same fate of Sodom and Gomorrah... UNLESS they repent before their end comes. Everlasting Fire and Suffering throughout eternity is their reward. This kind of fake religion is not Christianity in any orthodox form. It is a repudiation of Christ and of His apostolic teaching.
