Whenever the NT speaks of God's love, it speaks of God's loving gift of Christ for our salvation from sin unto eternal life. John 3:16; Romans 5:8; 1 John 4:8-10. Progressives love to say "God loves you unconditionally." Actually, such a statement is not found in the NT. It may be true in a sense, but it's meaningless, because speaking of God's love without speaking of God's loving gift of Christ, Crucified and Risen, is to speak empty words.
Right off the bat, you know this woman "pastor" is off the rails because she doesn't realize that Nicholas is quoting Paul's words from the New Testament. I wonder what seminary she attended?
