I started this channel in the hopes to help people with their sleep and any other issues they may be facing such as anxiety. Within recent years, I've regularly been depressed and demotivated which in turn means I don't get many good nights of sleep. I'm hoping that my videos will help people out and make a difference in an attempt to combat these feelings for others.

This is some ASMR I did not even realize would be absolutely perfect. I studied in the UK for a bit and often signed up as a paid volunteer for uni psychology department experiments (for laundry/weekend money). I think there were only 3 other people, that's just how CZcams works. Sometimes comments get 40-50 replies randomly when people start a conversation about the original comment. Notifications can also be turned off if you don't like getting them. đ

Have you considered uploading your audio to Apple Music or Spotify? That way people without CZcams premium can listen with the screen off. I often download asmr on Apple Music to listen to on car rides. Love these eyes closed videos. Keep up the good work đ

I was almost sleeping when listened to instructions and tried to name more than one country on a certain letter. The only one I could remember with O obv wasn't enough for me so I ended up on Google. For those who are struggling with it: The only country that starts with O is Oman. (sry English is not my native) Good night
