- In today's #ASMR video, you will taken through a variety of simple mathematic instructions that can be followed with your eyes closed. The tests will include adding, subtracting, dividing or multiplying numbers on sets of cards as well as counting the amount of times you hear a sound and using those numbers for other equations. I'm having some serious imposter syndrome lately, worrying about my capabilities and comparing them to my peers. So even something as simple as focusing on basic math, and having someone kindly acknowledge when I get the answer right, feels nice. Maybe that sounds silly, but these videos are definitely not silly. Thank you making them.💙

I was wondering... I'm slow at mental math, and when I do something in my head I think of the numbers (like they pop up in a font). I womder if people who are insanely good at mental math skip that part and it just pops up? But for me, something like a larger multiplication problem entails visualizing how I would write out the equation, like 2 numbers on top with an x and line for final numbers. Idk if that makes any sense but I was thinking about that as I listened 🤔
Who knew maths could be relaxing? To be fair this maths is much nicer than Trigonometry...
