- In today's #ASMR video, you are instructed to follow a series of eyes-closed instructions for sleep, relaxation and anxiety relief. The tests within this video vary from counting sounds, memorising sequences of numbers and visualisation exercises. As always, thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy this video.

I didn't expect it, but the short story made me emotional. There's something so special about just imagining being calm and happy. Being told that you have a smile on your face and are loved, in a detailed realistic sort of story. It was a made up story, but suddenly I did feel peaceful and happy. I would definitely recommend doing more stories like that ❤

also, here's a little checklist before you fall asleep :
-are your alarms set?
-is your phone charging?
-is the automatic play off?
-have you brushed your teeth?
-did you take you medication (if you have one)?
-did you say goodnight to everyone? (including pets)
-did you drink before going to bed? If not, go drink some water !!
-are your glasses/accessories taken off?
-is the light off?
-are your plushies' heads out of the blanket so that they don't suffocate?
-are your feet under the blanket ?
You are brave and competent, so whatever you (want to) do, do it ! ❤️

This is the first time a video has had a breathing part I didn’t have to skip because there was no instruction and even the in through whatever was made clear to be a suggestion, it’s a good change of pace from the normal since for me focusing on breathing makes me stop breathing funnily enough. Just wanted to thank you for that, love all your vids but it was really great to see it done that way. Plus the way you did it later/earikuer where it was guided was for such a short amount of time that it too actually helped me instead of turning off my lungs

The number memory in the begining is so helpful for me. I find that often times i will find some asmr to sleep to, but it doesnt actually clam me down because i so easily drown it out. Trying to remember the numbers and say them backwards doesnt leave my mind any room for wandering, and before i know it its the morrow. Thank you for the restful nights, sam ❤

High key appreciate Sam’s little PSA when he does the breathing exercise stuff that we don’t have to do it if it makes us uncomfortable cause for some reason whenever I think too much about breathing it makes me feel outta breath😂 So I usually skip those parts cause I just would rather leave my breathing to do it’s own thing on auto pilot and not less with it
