This is a little bit of an experimental video as I have had a lot of requests to bring in positive affirmations and more of the echo effect. interactive staging is sooo your brand. i love that the clinical setting is carried over to trigger videos eee its so immersive. like the only difference between our universe and the samuel asmrverse is the existence of asmr clinicians. a trigger assortment video where you make the client take a trigger survey would 100% confirm this theory btw
The clinic intro just sorta of became by intro so I use it whenever possible now and try and find ways to integrate it into videos. This is a really good idea by the way, I might try that at some point. 🎉👀
I love positive affirmations ❤ I started doing them in the morning and over the course of about a month it made a DRAMATIC impact on my overall mental health.

12:13 this! was having a horrible day n we had to record something for a class. my group played it back n i felt like i looked horrible in it, and my friend fully paused and said, “(name), you are so pretty.” i honestly couldn’t say anything afterward bc it’d been a terrible month n that was honestly the highlight of it. i like looking back on that memory a lot. i don’t even think it meant that much to her, but i was so close to giving up, felt like the light at the end of the tunnel

-are your alarms set?
-did you go to the bathroom?
-is your phone charging?
-is the automatic play off?
-have you brushed your teeth?
-did you take you medication (if you have one)?
-did you say goodnight to everyone? (including pets)
-did you drink before going to bed? If not, go drink some water !!
-are your glasses/accessories taken off?
-is the light off?
-are your plushies' heads out of the blanket so that they don't suffocate?
-are your feet under the blanket ?
Remember to cherish your loved ones and don't forget to love yourself, you deserve to feel loved! ❤️

Glad you like it, I can't remember where I first saw it but I adopted it from somewhere.
I think it's quite a nice trigger, especially when combined with a slight pause for the anticipatory addition.
