I keep falling asleep before I’m able to comment! I just loooove the setting and breaking the pattern, it just scratches something in my brain. I’ve listened to this one at least 10 times and every time I fall asleep before the countdown part starts, I’ve never heard it 😆 Thank you so much for making these!
the new youtube countdown screen triggers my anxiety so damn bad omg why do they think it’s a good idea…like I wanna feel relaxed not pooped
I picked the calmest one I can choose. The only option as far as I'm aware is make the countdown smaller but I'm not sure if that's any better. Thankfully it's only for live premieres and not for the actual video. I agree though, they're way too loud. 👀

-are your alarms set?
-did you go to the bathroom?
-is your phone charging?
-is the automatic play off?
-have you brushed your teeth?
-did you take you medication (if you have one)?
-did you say goodnight to everyone? (including pets)
-did you drink before going to bed? If not, go drink some water !!
-are your glasses/accessories taken off?
-is the light off?
-are your plushies' heads out of the blanket so that they don't suffocate?
-are your feet under the blanket ?

i really love Samuel's videos and they're some of my favourites to fall asleep to! so i think it's a shame... I don't know if it's my headphones or my ear or what, but im hearing the triggers in my left ear mostly (sometimes in the middle and slightly to the right, but not enough), and unfortunately that makes me unable to relax! i need the triggers in both ears equally. i will be inspecting if it's due to my headphones (or ears...)!
Since you posted it I've been listening it religiously and i genuinely don't know what goes on in the video after the first 5' because I fall sleep and never make it until the end 😭 slaying as always samuel!!
