ASMR | A Larger Variety of Eyes Closed Instructions 😴

- In today's #ASMR video, you are taken through a large variety of instructions that you can follow with your eyes closed. Most of the other eyes closed sessions only contain 4-5 different tests with longer durations whereas this one has a lot more with shorter durations. The session includes but is not limited to, word association, maths, counting sounds and more. As always, thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy the video.

he really understands how to make people sleepy i was instantly relaxed by his calm demeanor and because the instructions are part of the video you follow it and get sleepy along the way, im watching this while im not ready to sleep and its a mistake because now im super sleepy 😂😴

the echoey “close your eyes” is always my favorite
that “close your eyes” echo bit was so good??? i’m very tingle immune (never had a full tingle, closest i can get is occasionally almost tingling) but that nearly made me tingle. a video of just echoing (perhaps echoing instructions) would be amazing! it was very well executed.
the echo sound is very relaxing in and of itself, but the repetition is what really makes it so good imo.

i have my first day of internship tomorrow, i have to wake up at 04:45 each day for the upcoming 6 monts to be there on time.. the time it takes me to travel there is 3 hours, so i need to sleep early. i can probably watch this video wednesday because i have to sleep between 20:00-21:00 so i can’t watch this tomorrow, but i can’t wait!!!! 😭👌🏻

I was just thinking, could you try making a video where we get every answer wrong? Like, you give us instructions and we answer questions but do almost everything wrong and instead of saying "well done" you say "it's ok?" :) I just think that would be kind of fun and different
