I like Houston but Betts has shown in the CFL and some in the preseason that he can rush the passer. He had that stretch of sack when he came back from injury but then didn’t really do much last year after another injury. Houston doesn’t seem to play hard when I watch him. I don’t think I’m the only one that sees it !!!!!

Man such a tough decision. They all have fought so hard to make this team gonna be heartbreaking whichever way they go on Tuesday. Hope it’s Houston though, we need pass rushers more than anything else.

I think they keep Houston, but if you're going to be a one trick pony it better be a HELL of a trick. Houston will have to literally lead the team in sacks to be back next year - or even be on the field come playoff time this year.

Campbell say the body of work is important. Houston is the only one on the roster bubble who has 9 sacks in hardly more than 100 snaps in a season. I agree he will make the roster. He would not make it through waivers back to the practice squad. Hard to see either Ukwu or Agude being unsigned but another team. Thanks coach, getting antsy for the season!

I'd be really surprised if they cut him. Yeah the Lions don't seem to like players who only do one thing, but that one thing he does is really really important. Also, outside of Hutchinson they don't have anyone proven to do what he does better.

I'll trust the front office as they see him a lot more in practice and camp. It's entirely possible he lost a lot of his zip with that ankle injury - you just never feel quite the same after. I feel my repaired ankle every single step i take.

He has the instincts but he’s surprising slow. so recovery is always going to be an issue. Rough because the instincts are rare and can make up for so much. All depends on how we use him if it will be worth the spot

there is no doubt that zhouston will be on a 53 man roster this year but its tough to put yim on the lions when other guys have shown they could be in his spot

OK, how do you pronounce Brade? I've heard at least 3 different people confidently pronounce it differently.

There's no chance they could sneak Brade onto the PS. He has to be on the 53-man roster because he has displayed too much talent and will be snatched up right away otherwise. As a 2- year team captain at MD, he's obviously a high character guy, too. Another great UDFA signing by the Ravens!

God I hope so. Like Coach Cambell said to media post game, his injuries haven't helped him and they've got great talent at DT for him to compete against. Plus he hasn't been too great in coverage that I've seen. But I really do hope he secures that spot for 3rd down scenarios

If he gets cut, I fear that Cincinnati will poach him if he fails to them on the waiver wire.

Coach I have a comment/query, the reverse pivot rollout that has given the defense troubles through the preseason is a offensive call the Chiefs use a lot successfully. Week #1 without disguise and faster read reaction We will be in real trouble.

My 2 favorite teams are the Lions and whoever plays the Packers. Great job Coach.

It’s clear to me the ravens are trying to evaluate fundamentals on multiple players. Overall the defense is running very basic fronts and looks, offensively it seems we’re trying to get the o-line as much variety as possible. Theres definitely an overall lack of game planning which means they’re not wasting on time breaking down who we are playing and only focusing on what our guys can do, if they make the right reads, and if they’re competitive. I have a feeling the coaches and management are more uneasy then years pass wondering if the younger talent and development has been enough to transition some guys to starting roles. Oweh has to step up but gets caught out of position often, o-line has some serious questions, no o-line coach is what I’m most worried about because they gotta work as a unit

it’s hard to say the oline looks bad when we haven’t seen the starting 5 together yet. individually faalele & vorhees don’t look that bad to me. if you ever have a chance and feel like it could you do a dedicated run blocking film study ?

Zay is not a good person to compare Bateman to. Zay is use to deep balls because that's what he did in college. He came to the Ravens and they are a running team. Zay has to adjust to the Ravens first down catches. I think that's the reason why his numbers are close to Bates. Zay is a way better player than Bateman and I feel Bateman has reached his peak unfortunately.

Ravens Oline keeps getting the benefit of the doubt. Bottom line is they are bottom of the barrel.

We need help along both lines. If 92 goes down, we are in trouble and we would (sadly) be foolish to think Pierce is gonna play every game. It seems to me that 1) your right on the vanilla part. I kno it’s preseason but we script the game too much and your absolutely right 2) your right on the type of play style in regards to personnel. That’s not a power team personnel . I don’t like how non aggressive we are with scoring . I don’t care whose out there and what the game is .. Ravens need to be a score heavy team 3) This Oline doesn’t look like it wanted to go 100 due to not wanting to be injured, but I don’t like the run game . I hope this is just preseason I’m not trying to get an injury but I’m not liking the oline lack of dominant

Yeah, it's a wrap. My hopes for the season have entirely changed. It’s unfair to ask Lamar to carry this load with below-average talent. Why bring in Henry and get worse with the Oline🤦🏽‍♂️. I think the Ravens made a deal with the NFL to sabotage Lamar.
