Love the design of these they looked great and I'm sure were awesome on fuel but BUYER Beware!!! These were build off a (Hinomoto brand), rebraned just with different sheet metal, paint scheme, decals and company name, same as AC, Deutz, as well as the Simplicity 9518s. I had a Allis 5015... Literally ZERO Engine parts available, When i did some research after owning mine i found out the Hinomoto engine company went under a few years after making these. So... I looked 3 years for a rebuild kit. Impossible. A guy on the Unofficial AC forum for almost 10 years then he found a NOS one. But his had a Factory dealership Cab w/ wiper and heat on it, along with loader and other factory attachments. The rest of the tractor has little too nothing available. unless you go thru Agco and they want Insane $$$ Per usual. Parts tractors is about the only thing u can do... or repower it w/ an adaptor plate etc. Figured i'd mention this! Since they are not super well known... Also Satoh S370 tractors. Same dealio. Just sold mine a month ago. no parts are available. The last company went under. Southern Global Tractor about the only place to find anything brand New, eBay, or NOS. Really good sales advert though!
Why do you call your hayloft a mow? Is it a Wisconsin thing? I occasionally miss our old dairy barn. Then I hear stories like yours and chuckle... Nope, the barn is gone and that's fine. I see its exterior tongue & groove boards inside our house on the walls, everyday. Our barn was considerably older and slightly smaller. We kept the horse stalls in it until the bitter end. Best of luck with your repairs.

This is great! Thank you.
Thank you.
Well done!
Thank you.
These videos are just plain fun to watch. I always enjoy them.
Glad to hear it!
Very cool. And as always, lots of useful information.
Glad it was helpful!
The funny thing is, these were marketed as mid tier options under the Magnum line, but the 100-170 horsepower range was your standard workhorses on most farms in my area through the 1990s.
That is funny. Even now, most of the people i know do not have many tractors above 170HP. And if they do, they are often articulated 4x4s that they use specifically for spring tillage.
These look like pretty good machines.
They have an alright reputation. Not as good as the 7100s and 7200s, but pretty good.
Getting pretty modern with these. I prefer the old ones.
Yeah, I've got some more old stuff coming too.
Boxcar Magnums are the best red tractors ever made! After the CNH merger Case IH went down the toilet.
Hi, very good video, I was wondering if you were going to restore this barn for storage or to put cows back in? This video brought back many memories of my youth where when I was younger I also grew up on a dairy farm which is now closed...Since that day I have always dreamed of restoring one of its old abandoned barns, this building has so many stories that it must not be left to rot. When I can afford it, I will buy one of these dairy barns and put it back into service.
I have hope that at some point i will have animals in this barn again. I do not know in what capacity, but that is also my hope. Small dairy farms are a huge part of the heritage of Wisconsin, and i would like to preserve our last barn in that spirit.
Yeah, the kids doing all the labor was always going to fail. But, you couldn't tell boomers that.
Nope, like in all cases, they knew everything, and thought it would all work out perfect for them.
It's sad that Wisconsin has lost all its small dairy farms. Most of the farmers I knew fell into that first category. The older generation of farmers made farming such a miserable experience, that their kids left the farm as soon as they could, and never came back.
It's sad, but that's what happens when you mismanage a farm that bad, especially if you also aren't a good parent.
Wow, the redone dormers really look out of place on that barn now. That's the unfortunate thing about upgrading things incrementally.
They sure do. I was standing down in the yard the other day thinking that exact thing.
This makes me even more excited to see the transformation process of the whole barn being restored.
I'm glad you think so, because a lot of my work in the next few years is likely to be fixing this barn.
Thank you for the history and the tour. I found this very interesting, and love this type of video. Would enjoy more.
Glad you enjoyed it
On the bright side, even though fixing this barn will be expensive and time consuming, it's not too far gone.
Yeah, hopefully we can do everything but the roof ourselves.
I love a good old barn tour. Well done. Interesting as always.
Glad you enjoyed it

Neighbor has a 8555 like that. They can really eat for a small square baler.
Love seeing hay making. Always so relaxing.
Me too!
Awesome video. Enjoyed this very much!
Thank you. I am glad you liked it.
The 8555 is new to me. I have never seen one of those on a farm or in the field.
I was aware of their existence, but I also do not know anyone that has, or has ever had one.
I thought that was a big square baler from the design, but those look like normal squares.
Yeah, it is definitely a different design from the square balers i have and have used.
I genuinely like how it explained round baling that clearly. As someone who is not an expert, it was very interesting.
Yeah, i imagine if you arent around it your whole life it would be normal not to know all of that.
Love that you are uploading these. Soon your channel will have one heck of a tractor video playlist.
I am working on it. I love these videos a lot, and so i am trying to remaster as many as i can and get them uploaded in one place for convenience.

The good news is, the shingles actually don't look that bad, except for the ones that are missing. All the stuff that is there, actually looks pretty solid.
Agreed. I'm patching the missing spots with flex seal in hopes that we wont lose any more shingles. The roof is not leaking, so if we can keep it that way until we can afford to replace the roof, that would be ideal.
I'm glad you included some shots from in the lift. You were actually up pretty high in there.
Yep, my wife got those shots. It is quite nice to see it from that perspective for the video.
Looks like some of your windows need fixing. I wouldn't hold off too long on that. Keeping the windows intact is a huge part of preserving old buildings.
Yes, we are missing quite a few blocks. I managed to salvage enough to fix them, i just need to get the time to do it.
That is a huge improvement. imagine what it will look like when the whole roof is replaced and all the wood is painted. Won't even look like the same barn.
I cannot wait for that day. This barn has always been a building i care about, but also quite ugly. The improvement will be huge.
It is always so satisfying finishing a job like this. Well done. They look great.
Thank you! Cheers!
I hope you document the whole process of restoring this barn. Would be so cool to see it finished some day.
That is the plan, no idea how long it will take, as it's quite expensive, but i plan to.
Yes, the change from the beginning to end is huge. Well done.
Absolutely monumental. They were mostly one good kick from caving in when we started. Now, they're practically brand new.
Comment for interaction.
Thank you, my friend.
One thing to appreciate about these videos is just how much more comfortable farming has become. These cabs were a huge improvement over the tractors from the 60s and 70s, and what we have now is insane.
You're not wrong about that. I am still using tractors from the 1970s, and i'm getting a little tired of how uncomfortable they are to use. I'm in the market for some newer stuff...But not too new.
Very interesting video. Always fun to see these old tractor videos.
Thank you very much!
Never seen or used one of these tractors. In my area, everything is either pre-Case IH, or much newer.
I've seen a few, but that is the same experience for me. A lot of the IH fanboys in my area did not adopt quickly to the new brand.
Love the added rear three point hitch control. One of the best things to come out of the 90s.
I agree 100% That is one of the best improvements added to the "modern" tractor in the 1990s.
I believe these were referred to as "Boxcar Magnums" I never knew why, nor would i care to posit a guess, but i know a certain subset of Case IH fans is obsessed with them.
I have also heard them called that. not being a Case IH expert, i do not know the reasoning either, i assume it is just shape related.
Very cool. I like it a lot.
Thank you very much!
Another great video, well done.
Glad you enjoyed it

The best jars in the world, I love them very much
I hope this stops your roof from leaking, looks like it was a lot of work. Still, can't wait to see the rest.
You and me both!
Are you planning on painting the dormers as well? and then, is there any plan to paint the rest of the barn to match?
Yes, i am going to attempt to paint them today. And, also yes, my plan is for the whole barn to be painted in the near future. I also want to clean up and fix the front entry and offbuilding, and also get doors built and installed for the North and South Windows as well.
Looks like the front of that barn could use some TLC as well. looks pretty junky, lol.
You're not wrong there. My wife and i were already discussing that as a possible project soon.
