The PSU tier list shows that the Thermaltake Smart series in particular are F Tier PSUs... Which is my only concern with this build. GN tested the OVP AND OCP I think and they went way beyond rated power delivery before shutting off...

7500F and 12400F are the best CPU deals rn 7500F is good for upto like 3080Ti, 12400F is good pair for 3060-3070ish also on AE you can get 7800X3D for 250 on sale, but for most people 7500F + PBO is the killer cobmbo that utilizes the GPU to fullest. also 7700 is good pick as well, if you need more cores and best part is it's like 180 on ae

Best match for PS5 would be Ryzen 3600/5500 with RX 6600 XT/6700 non XT either one of these combos is close to PS5 spec.

good call - right in your power alley - my only concern would be if you want to upgrade gpu will it be able to drive a fast gpu - how much cpu power you need for 4k will be a topic but also notably the price on these cpu should drop even more once new gen zen5 is out - you should get some price/perf graphs ready to identify sweet spot for best over all chips - performance and value composite will be a moving target
