Right on, Ethiopia is still in the process and stages of state formation. There are couple indicators showing unmistakably such is the case . Chief among (1) the lack of integration and lack of acceptance or denial of full and basic citizenshipl rights for some ethincs grouos and nationalities including Somali people. (2) the expansionist policy ambitions of Ethiopian leadars,elites and politicians still clinging who are still onto clinging on that notion as of today in the 21st century. (3) the identity conflict, the historical episode of wholesale group genocides by the state and ethnic group disagreements that had been ongoing the best parts of the last 200 years . ( 4) the ever shifting of historical narratives and constant falsification of events, origins, administrative norms and other persistent state anomalies.
