Then where do the eyes go on the throw? Do you follow the disc thru the pocket and then try and reacquire the target as you get to the snap?

The biggest thing I think Mikey has to work on his brace. It'll also help reduce the chance for injury - especially with his knee. I would also recommend he stay away from 360 throws at this time, because he's slower throwing that way, and with less control. That said, I'm obviously rooting for him! Go get it, Mikey! 😁

It is definately possible for some to throw 350 feet at 50 years old. Just look at Scott Stokely that throws over 550 feet at 54 years old! (not saying it is possible for everyone, but it is possible)

I spin out like Mikey too. We're kind of similarly built. Over-rotating drives me crazy but I can't not do it when I'm trying to smash from the T pad

Just don't push the redline on your arm Mikey. Made a lot of progress but that can be a drug; Seeking your limits and then having something snap will make the goal disappear, no?

his run up for the 360s needs to stay on the same plane from right to left. He's losing speed running in a zig zag.

I would like to congratulate Dakota on being the only one of the group to actually throw the disc flat for the "RHBH FLAT" segment.

I feel like nobody else I’ve watched taught this. I’ve been stuck as a casual disc golfer at 250-300 feet trying so hard with a rotary motion turning my body like my golf swing. (Do you have any idea how hard throwing it straight is like this?) Looking forward to getting outside tomorrow with some hope.

When I relaxed my head and neck everything started to happen. Not sure how Andrew pres is able to stay so eyes forward

Just by doing this with my off arm I was able to add about 10 meters of consistent length to my throws. I threw my falk 90 meters 2-3 times in one fieldwork session which I had only done once before out on a course. I also threw my proxy 70 meters which I have never done before with a putter.

i have tried so many things and cant get over 165 feet, but then the weathers clears up here i will go outside and try this. Love your videos

While i agree on everything i think the Wiggins shot perhaps wasnt the best example. Hes most likely throwing a 360 shot right there and that is a whole other thing. Your whole body is in a spinning motion already and there is no need for any further rotational acceleration. If hes not throwing a 360, i stand corrected.

I like that your elbow doesn't extend fully back like the rubberband that people tell me to do . And now wear a brace 😢

I've been casually playing disc golf here and there for a few years, but I want to start taking it more seriously and get better. Learning how to learn is always the most important skill, so I really appreciate this lesson.

I have one wild honey. It's crazy flippy. Good for rollers, uphill tail wind shots. I will have look at this latest run.

Thank you for the video! This is I would say one of my biggest problems that I am afraid or bracing the shot and I kinda run throught it so that my backfoot ends up ahead of the front foot when I throw and the momentum is wasted what I have generated from the X-step basically resulting me only throwing with arm. This is also very very good that I can do these inside at home!

Loved the radar speeds! Once shops start setting up radar speed stations and also Tech disc stations I think people will start making disc selections based on how fast they are throwing a disc.
