My recent TV licence letter said I need a licence to watch amazon prime 😂😂

The day that Only Fools is cancelled, the country has literally died. UK Gold (or "Gold" as it is now known as) has already heavily edited certain episodes. I now refuse to watch Gold, or any of the "UK TV" network. I have the un-woked versions all on DVD. Including all of Alf Garnett's ( Warren Mitchell - RIP) Finest. Dave Allen my favourite comedian offends but humour is offensive. I personally prefer Steptoe and son , Only fools and horses i preferred the first 4 series with Leonard Pearce but its real humour. In sickness and health was good too!

I bet if Sidney Poitier or Harry Belafonte had seen it, they'd have laughed. A sitcom character that snowflake reporter definitely wouldn't have understood was Alf Garnett (Till Death Us Do Part and In Sickness and in Health). The things he said were racist and sexist but that wasn't really the joke. Alf himself was a running joke because he'd constantly blame everyone but himself for his own misfortune. I remember Alf doing a special show in front of an audience, and you could see the black people there laughing their heads off. They got the joke. It's satire.

I had a goon from tv licensing put a letter through my door with info hand written in the boxes on the back. On the front it says in red " do not ignore this". I wasn't in the property at the time but it says they will be back in 7 days. If I was in the property I would have told them get to f**k off my private property. I don't have a tv at the property and don't have the Internet there either and don't live at the property. Anyway, why should anyone have to pay a licence to watch independent tv stations and the money is given to the BBC!!! I just ignore the B'stards. Great channel.

I tell you its Sidney POTTER. No its Harry Belafonte! Never watched it as a kid, but was introduced to it by my husband some 30 years ago and now can recite it backwards. One of the best comedy shows going past and present. Get this Jo/Joe to sit down and watch a carry on film or like the comments suggests Til death do us part etc. Out of all the characters I think Trigger gets the rib taken out of him the most.

I always invite them in but there's a caveat because before they enter they have to kneel and allow me to urinate on their face. So far no tv inspector has entered my house.

I never answer my door and they can't see a tv through any of my windows. I don't watch tv but I do own one (I've no idea why I keep it.) I might as well get rid.

“Trump found guilty” and his support has grown as has his coffers. Only Fools and Horses is one of the greatest family sit-coms though for me it doesn’t top Watery Fowls but my father who has box sets galore would certainly disagree.

I agree, GB News may not be the most professional, but something I have noticed, and hugely appreciate is, if the phone/satellite/broadband connection is breaking down when interviewing someone, they don't make the viewer endure five minutes of illegible content, they cut away and reestablish the connection.
