My only problem was when you beat the game, it doesn't save. I really wanted to use the light bow against normal enemies and see character interactions after Ganon's defeat. Big sad. Also you can't pet the dogs.

Because your brain has more creative freedom to fill out that world and those models and textures with your imagination. That’s a huge reason. The better the graphics the less room for your imagination (even subconsciously).

I developed something called tinnitus at the start of April and it was quite bad. Im late teens and really just was spending days in anxiety and a bubble of tears. Ironically on one of the days i felt like rubbish i came across dark souls on sale. To put into perspective i tried elden ring and couldnt complete it, so technicaly souls 1 was my first propper game in the series. I played casually after work days and my evenings vanished due to being sucked in. My tinnitus was going crazy but i didnt hold attatchment to it becuase i was so focussed on this game. Not long after i managed to complete the game. Funnily i liked to imagine i was apart of this world becuase all the characters had something wrong with them and i took comfort in that. I soon returned to elden ring and completed the game quite rapdily with the skills i obatined from souls 1. The thing ive learnt from souls 1 is that regardless of how dark your world is, keep going, get stronger and avoid Blight Town!!!!!! Thank You Dark Souls

Budokai 2 gives me the most memories since my older brother played it a lot back in the early 2000's. Sometimes we versed each other in the game. My heart aches to relive the early 2000's again and for the passing of Toriyama.

Sony and Microsoft are struggling (more so the former) to produce exclusives for their latest consoles because their push for realism makes game development take too long. Nintendo is the only one that isn’t dealing with it since they focus more on gameplay and art style.

Loved how in the end, you brought up that game freak has no interest in making the games better cuz their sales have only gone up, and the bottom line is money. Sadly, the devs can put in as much love and care as they can in their limited time, but the corporate greed is always gonna win out 🤷‍♀️ I still care about Pkm a whole lot, but I've accepted that if I want "quality" monster catching games, I'm gonna have to look somewhere else. Cassette Beasts was a fun one :)
