I did some thinking and the only efficiency you can even get from these is by the temp difference of the outside air versus the temp of the air it's pumping outside. If the outside air is hot as the air it's pumping outside, it isn't actually cooling at all. And if it's a 1500 watt compressor and fans, you have to add that to the heat going out there too. I wish I hadn't bought one. At least it works for the bedroom at night since it pulls cooler night time outside air into the rest of the hot house at the same time as keeping the bedroom really cool. But still not ideal.

How many sq.ft is your garage. I have a 21x20 garage. Not sure what size to get. 12k or 18k. During the summer it always gets above 100f. Size wise it says 12k, but if I bring in a hot car, or garage opens. I’ll let the extra size to get back down to temp.

This map sensor looks very similar to the secondary injection pressure sensor..Autozone gave me the map sensor instead of the secondary injection pressure sensor. I'm assuming they don't carry the secondary injection pressure sensor..

Joe, I have a simple question. Watched the video yesterday. I had a 24,000 BTU installed this spring in my workshop. Works great, except I can't figure out why the air handler never shuts off? Is it supposed to run constantly. I can't find a setting for that in the manual. I'm old so maybe doing something wrong LOL Thanks in advance

That noise is normally from the AVR turning on. Its normally half wave excitation . Portables usually implement capacitors for excitation or half wave rectification AVRs. They "turn on" usually @ the same phase angle.

we have a 15 year old SoJourn 5 jet tub, the plastic was yellowed but not broke down like that, the Sun did that most likely looks like yours get exposure. We replaced with the Brass/Gold version, will never happen again.

Labor $575 + is what LG quoted for repairing the junk compressor in my 2018 refrigerator. The compressor is free. Debating whether to pay that so it lasts another 5 years or less. Someone mentioned installing a standard old-school rotary compressor with a relay. Wish I could find a Technician that could do that. Darn fridge still in great shape.

To detach the window from the carrier >> Raise/lower the window, and white plastic attachments, until oval shaped holes, in the metal track and the yellow plastic grips/carrier, align with the holes in the white plastic attachments. Push small blade flathead, or a narrow Phillips head, into the hole, and push the tab at the backside of the yellow grip, horizontally, while lifting the window out of the grip. The new window will slide back into the grip.

What do you need a sine wave for? The computer's power supply is going to convert the input to DC anyway.

I got a 87 YJ put the 258 I installed a DUI distributor I remove the coil the distributor and the engine control module I wired straight 12 volt when the key on to the red and to the green I put the tach wire that was on my coil no spark?? Acts like I have a drain any thoughts I will say that I started this whole project because I lost spark and I figured it was just a bad distributor pick up but it's doing the exact same thing. With the ignition switch on the steering column have anything to do with why I don't have spark

I've used PEX on many projects and because it's hard, the sound transference is similar or worse than copper. I recommend using rubber braided flex hose. Far superior sound dampening.

I watched another YT video about an expensive modern refrigerator failure & the engineer determined that 100% of the reason was due to the manufacturers attempt to gain a higher EPA rating on the big yellow sticker, so they could sell more units to brainwashed & defrauded Public. He found that ultra-thin, water-like oil was used inside the compressor to squeeze just a bit higher EPA number caused the failure. He tore down & examined every single part of the compressor & found nothing wrong with the design or build, just that the oil was insanely thin. He lamented that this practice/scam is the worst for the environment because refrigerators cannot be "recycled" because of the incorporated foam, most just crushed in the landfill, Then the environment takes another hit by having to build an entire new garbage fridge that lasts only 5 years. Uncool!

Thank you for this video. Were I live contractors will not touch anything they don't sell, and they will sell you a single room 12K unit for anywhere from $5K to $9K Canadian or about $4-7K USD. It's a complete rip-off, the mark-up on the install is unreal. I'm hoping to install one of these Senville units in our bedroom and videos like yours are very useful!

Good idea then to shut off the gas, take the carb top housing off, drain out any gas if you think the engine will sit for a while?

You asked why transformers can handle "bad" sin wave power, Here is one way to think about it: normal electronic components don't see "sine" or "square". They see voltage (like pressure), current (like volume), and frequencies. Even a pure square wave is NOT just 0 volts / 110 volts like we see. It is (really) a set of pure sin waves at a bunch of (harmonic) frequencies, that add up to the square! Search CZcams for this to see it: Fourier Series square wave animation * Filter out the high frequencies of those "bad" stepped-sin UPS... you get clean pure sin wave power. * As others note, it's non-electronic power to be wary around.
