After recording this video, the problem came back. I ended up removing the thermostat entirely and replacing it with one of these digital thermostats in a custom enclosure that I 3D printed. Working great!amzn.to/40lHnu2

They break line voltage on the thermostat just just the thermostat out if compressor come on it just a switch cut in & cut out on temperature
