*IF* this M18 device has the same internals as the R43 Pro (which seems to be the case) then it has very good hardware for the price, but unfortunately it comes shipped with a messed up version of AmberElec. As of May 2024 it can be found on sale for much less than the release price, so hopefully it becomes more popular and a proper custome firmware can unlock its potential.

There's a reason why you're only getting a 512mb micro SD card with that. If those are Super NES games you would had gotten only 120 games instead of 365 games.

The concept is kinda fun, don't know how cool the kids would think it'd be. I wish they had gone with the more pink on the console itself. It had a early 90s vibe going to it for me. It's interesting that it comes with an SD card though, what was on it? It seems like they've just dumped a multi rom in each category, but it'd be kinda fun to mod if you could change the screen and ROMs on it.

My daughter has this boombox doll set, almost like LOL dolls, where each little doll figure comes with a piece of a boom box. Then you put it together- this looks pretty similar!
