I take a 98 yr old every morning for a walk she can actually run She comes to my door every morning At 9am I asked her what she ate to keep her healthy and she said eggs . I’ve never seen anyone like her May GodBless the souls of the elderly who care about living long ❤

My parents have been together 46 years. They are best friends and will be together until 1 of them dies. I'm 42 and have never seen either of them raise their voice to the other. They've definitely had struggles but got through it ad a team.

Youth today wouldn't give these wonderful people the time of day! I visited my grandmother every chance I had! She's been gone since October 19th, 2008 at the age of 97.

Lovely couple, but they are wrong. Today’s kids think more about the future. Look at how trashed the world is by the older generations. We wouldn’t be facing all the problems we currently face if the older generations had thought about the future.

I’m 61 and this is great advice for me! I certainly expect to still be standing at 67 (that’s not super old by today’s standards) but I would say being over 60 feels great because you finally know who you are. It really takes that long. Also, you don’t have all those awful hormones messing with your mind.

Wisdom, kindness, appreciation and love. A different generation indeed.......a better one at that! The generation of parents! For all the advances in life technology or otherwise, I miss the 70's, 80's & 90's. I think the mobile phone and internet changed life forever and not all for the better! I am guilty of burying my head in that tech as much as the next person! They are communication tools but in an ironic way it isolates us more!!

Me and my wife are divorcing next year after she graduates from college. This is what we expect for our future. Grow old together, raise our kids and grandkids together and lastly die together. But modern society has accomplished and destroyed marriage.
