Fixing Water Pressure issues with a Well system
If your water pressure is starting to get really low at times and you have a Well water system there are a couple of places to check. You can run some tests by simply running the water somewhere in the house and watching the gauge next to the pressure tank. When the pressure drops to the lowest pressure (almost always 30 or 40psi) then the water pump should turn on. Also be sure to watch the pressure climb and make sure it turns off about 20psi higher. Do this a couple of times to make sure. If the switch is not turning the pump on or off at the correct readings then here are a few troubleshooting tips. TURN OFF POWER. Always remember to start by making sure the power to the pump is turned off.

HI RESISTANCE can cause voltage drop , if there is some kind of corrosion or restriction on a wire. WHEN YOU START AN INSTALL YOU NEED TO DO EVERYTHING CORRECT FROM BEGINNING TO END OTHERWISE YOU GOING TO END UP WITH LOTS IF ENGINE NOISE, INTERFERENCE AND VOLTAGE ISSUES.

I recently noticed that my rear tire is slightly crooked and veers to the left. I can slip my hand through the gap between the tire and the chainstay on the right side, but the gap on the left is too narrow for me to get my hand through it. However the problem isn't bad enough that the tire makes contact with the chainstay when turning. It can still rotate 360°. It’s good to know there’s a cheap and easy DIY fix.

Thank you for such a no-bullshit answer to what starts as an easy question! These other guys, "The thing of it is..." And once they've done complaining about "that one time" and telling the story of their stupid friend and the day their niece got their first whatever, and sprinkle in some technical jargon "the ACTUAL nipple ITSELF" makes me furious. As William Zinsser put it in On Writing Well: Say your thing with as few and small words as possible without compromising the meaning, then make for the nearest exit.

FYI, the remote does work as a sub control. You have to use outputs 7 and 8 for subs. These outputs are tied to a remote function that is available by pressing and holding the knob while set to 7 or 8. I've had my 408 since day one and just learned this today (4-13-24)! The noise does suck. I still use mine but can't recall how I got it to clean up. The entire system works great overall now and I have no noise.
