    I ♥️ you!!! I have been going crazy for 8 years now with a horrific rash that pretty much covers my whole body…I’m so joyous to have found you and a truth, not many know! To be healthy is everything, if you don’t have it nothing else matters…may you be blessed as you continue to care and pass your information along!!!

    Yes! I just watched another video on how coffee can be beneficial against cancer. I have had a love /hate relationship with coffee until I started using Purity Coffee. First one ever, that doesn’t upset my gut! Hurrah! Thx for the great content! ☺️

    If it's organic, they do put alot of pesticides on coffee. They also can grow mold easily and I get organic beans and grind them myself

    Hmm, I do regular water fasts, and I noticed that when I have coffee, I have bad headaches from the end of day 1 way into day 2 of the fast.
    So I stopped drinking coffee, because it seemed I need to detox because of it.
    But, everyones setup and situation is different. What Donna says makes a lot of sense.

    This is what I needed to know. My naturopathic doctor wanted me to give up kefir and fermented food because I was exposed to black mold and had a candida infestation. I knew that was wrong. I have another ND now and she says to keep the fermented foods.

    I used to drink coffee years ago but got away from it. After having success with regular kombucha I found a recipe for coffee kombucha. Oh yum. Started with one litre to make sure I had the recipe correct and now brew 2 litres. May have to make a larger continuous brew one. 🇨🇦❄️

      "Fermenting everything that doesn't move," lol! 💜 That's me the last month or so! How did I reach my 70s without knowing about fermenting? Me, the person that loves pickled pigs feet and anything sour, who loves Filipino food because it tastes like it has vinegar in it although now I'm questioning maybe it isn't vinegar maybe it's fermented foods. I am now looking at everything I eat and drink and wondering if it could be fermented. Googling fermented coffee led me to this video.

      Hi Stacy! I'm not a DR so talking with a Naturo Path Dr would be best to determine what is best for you. But working on healing your gut will help with the allergies to certain foods and your overall health. For now I would consider trying some Faux coffee. I have a whole article on that. It's so good for you , has no actual coffee in it, but is made from chicory root which is a wonderful prebiotic! You can learn all about it here: www.culturedfoodlife.com/your-microbes-want-this-coffee/

      Try brewing pour over with two paper fillet and then squeeze lemon, lime or orange juice into it instead of milk.
      This may sound strange but the sugars and different acids in citrus fruits neutralise and break down some of the harmful components in coffee and you get a healthier drink which doesn't make you anxious or jittery.

    • @CulturedFoodLife
      @CulturedFoodLife  Před 6 lety +3

      As your body heals your sensitivity to caffeine will decrease. That doesn't mean you can drink 10 cups of coffee and not have any issues with caffeine but those that are super sensitive to caffien do better as they hal their gut and adrenals/over all health. Also coffee kombucha and kombucha in general has about 1/3 to 1/2 less caffeine than coffee in its normal state and also changes the way you digest it completely. But you may need to heal your gut first with other things if you have a high sensitivity .
