I have a question about drinking milk kefir and kombucha while doing a keto lifestyle. Can it be part of the protocol? And a second question, I’ve used raw milk and nut milk for my mk, and it seems that I get nasal congestion every time. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Grass fed beef is high in Omega 3's and heme iron, which is the only type of iron your body absorbs easily. Cheese, is a good high fat, protein food, don't give up good cheese.

Is it alright to mix Kefir and regular yogurt in the same container at the same time?

GW, If you mean for eating purposes then yes! I make smoothies with yogurt and kefir all the time. But you should not try to ferment them together. They have different fermentation needs.

I had a GI microscopic parasite infection. For a year I would have strong ravenous hunger in the early morning and throughout the day. I could eat and eat and I gained 70 pounds! It happened during a year of terrible stress. In the end, I had to take 2 antibiotics bc the symptoms I got, were terrible. It's been 6 months and I've taken probiotics and stuff, but the fatigue is the las major symptom to go. It has been a major struggle. I'm still home bound, haven't been able to go out with friends or work in almost a year!. I feel food doesn't give me much energy. I'm starting to make kefir, and fermented veg and drink kombucha. I wonder how long it will take to reap benefits? Thanks for all this valuable info!! Love it :)

You may want to implement a ketogenic diet along with the cultured foods. Research it since if you switch from burning glucose to burning ketones your inflammation will subside and you will have more energy.

@Frustrated Majority I’m totally healed now! No gut problems anymore and I do feel a lot better than I did 3 years ago. I did take a probiotics, drank pure aloe water, and of course prayed. And yes I’m totally healed from all that. Still working on the weight loss, but that will come.

Excellent! I just recently started making kefir. I'm about 1 week into the journey and will be adding fermented vegetables soon. Iv been making fermented garlic in honey for about a year. It keeps my blood pressure down
