Warmly,
❤Donna❤ - Krátké a kreslené filmy
This channel is Fabulous, and so is Donna. 💯💥
Thanks for sharing your tips and tricks.
Can you mix the Reuteri yoghurt with regular shop bought yoghurt without loosing its benefits? Competing cultures etc… thank you.
Yes mixing the yogurts will dilute the L. Reuteri benefits.
Hi Donna, I'm wondering if you could talk about cross contamination in a future video? I have read many places that you should not ferment your different food/drinks next to each other because they might contaminate each other. So with all the different brews you have going I'm picturing your home with jars and bottles and crock pots stuffed in every nook and cranny in every room throughout your house 😁
Also, should I eat and drink the various ferments separated? Could they "battle" each other in the stomach if I drink Kombucha and Milk kefir at the same time?
Thank you for your Podcasts, they are great 👍
No the ferments will not battle each other in the stomach.
Over fermenting creates the thick scoby? Is this why the kombucha gets too acidic? I guess I need to pay more attention to the day count!
I am thinking about getting started with kombucha. Do I need to get a scoby frequently or does one I would get from you last for awhile? And where would suggest I go and get “the works “?
Scobys will last indefinitely if looked after
I don’t know what it’s supposed to taste like
