As someone who makes a fairly high income I can understand where he’s coming from. I enjoy home cooked good but the efficiency over cost and how I view my own time it’s better for me to order takeaway for many of my meals and just have fruits and shakes and things made here at home. Most of the influencers on here do the same they just video a day here and there when they cook so they seem relatable. I admire Mike for being transparent especially around the cost of everything.

At this rate it'll only take you 301 years till you're asking people what colour their Bugatti's are. Absolute no brainer mate! 👍

@@stevend481 Bread is an addictive food tho and becomes the “go to” side. You end up having two slices with your eggs for breakfast, two or three slices for a club sandwich at lunch, a slice of ciabata with garlic and Brie rub as a dinner starter, another slice with your dinner to mop up a pasta sauce or as part of your pizza while watching a film the a burger bun. It just so easily adds up. Then over a few days it definitely becomes the devil. I avoid bread unless as a once or twice a week treat. Usually Friday night burger or maybe a wholemeal chicken club.

New York was the same way. Tons of traffic, and it gets dark around 5:30pm, 6pm. We were leaving Chinatown, and it started getting really dark on us. By the time we got back to our pickup area (about 4 blocks away), it was definitely nighttime. Really weirded us out lol

I watch Andrew Huberman as well.... I tried the delayed caffeine and it does make a pretty big difference. I cant even have the same amount or I get that nausea feeling and get a little sick.
I do the water w electrolytes 1st thing in the morning, as I wakeup I gradually make coffee and drink a cup or two max. The body is very hydrated after no water all night, and coffee dehydrates you further, so it is not wise or smart to drink it 1st thing in the morning. Having said that, I did it all the time until a year or so ago, until I saw a mma fighters vlog about it & how it improved his performance and played a role in him greatly improving his rank/status/worth

Here in the uk.... I am a 61 year old gym junkie/bodybuilder. Typical day of eating a low carb diet my first meal is tin wild salmon, 3 eggs, half avocado and sauerkraut = 70g protein...Three hours later, Lidl grass fed mince, tin tomatoes with garlic, 200g kale =50g of protein...three hours later same again. in the evening I have two tins of mackerel in tomato sauce =38g of protein and 30g of mixed nuts. I spend about £10 a day lol..... if I was in Mike’s shoes no doubt I would be doing what he does lol. Take care Mike and thanks for the great videos 👍👍.
Thank God I have time to cook fresh every meal. I eat like a king for $15 a day. Seafood, salads and fresh fruit. No processed crap and no sugar. 💪
