Beautiful spot 💙 I took my van out for its first week. It was great except I couldn't find anyone to put in my fan and it was in the 90s! I'm not worried about the cold at all, but once it hits 75, I'm too hot. Love the photos, absolutely beautiful! 💙💜🐕

Stunning photography!!! The meteor shower was spectacular!! The contrast with your tent "glowing" - just spectacular!!! So the mosquito swarm had me wide eyed and backing away from my laptop screen! As that person in a group to whom the mosquitoes are attracted, I wondering how I'm going to manage when I'm soon on road full time. Enough of those bites, and I actually get sick. Love your videos and following your adventures. We have to thank you because we stayed at Williams Fork Reservoir back in September when we traveled to Colorado to pick up our pop up truck camper. Of course we spent a few weeks exploring, including Rocky Mountain National Park, Buena Vista, Leadville, Garden of the Gods, etc.. We also spent a day at Hot Sulphur Springs. Williams Fork was a great place to boondock and we had cell service on the west side. You provide solid information to fellow travelers. My husband and I look forward to each video because of your content and personalities (including Roodle, of course). Thank you and keep the videos coming!

Welcome to Colorado! If you'd been at Williams Fork a week or two later, we would have been neighbors! It's one of my favorite spots for getting away from the Front Range. Thanks very much for showing the Hot Springs. I haven't been since before the pandemic. (We used to go at least once a month.) It was good to see that it wasn't crowded because normally it's packed! I might give it another try. Also, I can't believe how much lower the water level is now than it was when you visited. In your aerial shot, I can see our campsite which looks like it's just a stone's throw from the water's edge. Last weekend it was a good five-minute hike to the water! Even though it holds water for Denver, they're contractually obligated to send a certain amount down the Colorado River to other states. That "draw-down" started in mid-August. And, yes... our family nickname for Williams Fork is Mosquitto Island...
Mosquito Island! Too funny. It was crazy to see how far the water went down just on a daily basis! It would have been fun to meet you there. We did like how there was less people in this area than further east. 😎

The pools seems so amazing and the night too, with some mosquito repellent, that annoying bugs can bring diseases!
The screens on our van are so needed to keep those bugs away! We love hot springs and regret every time we pass one by and don't indulge. 😀😀

Saratoga Wyoming has a free 24 hour hotspring . Interesting town just north of Colorado
We went through Saratoga and seen the sign for the hot spring! We wanted to stop but didn't have time. Our next time through hopefully. 24 hours is awesome! Thank you for the tip.

This was a great video and I love the Sky shots if you ever want to get rid of mosquitoes and you're allowed to have a campfire specially when you're that close to the water go ahead and burn sage in the fire. my van is in the shop and will not be out until at least Tuesday or Wednesday I'm kind of bummed but it needs a starter. I sure do hope I get to meet you while y'all are in Colorado.

If you haven't visited the Paint Mines east of Colorado Springs, you need to it's your kinda thing. I did a video of it if you'd like to check it out. Is that a bird feeder on your window behind Dave writing out t-you cards? Carrie did you find any aggie on the beach? Curious what you do with your rock collection. OH my love love love the stormtrooper hanging on the visor. What a great montage of the lake in all the weather.

Sorry That video was not suppose to go public yet! I have had a day of technical difficulties! I work really hard on these video ( a bit of a perfectionist) and some of my footage was removed that i was not aware of until 2am this morning. So new complete version was just released!
Roodle is a Labradoodle... Dad was a apricot poodle and mom is a chocolate lab
