We appreciate your boondocking notes at the end of each video and we take notes so we can someday visit there too. Just need the border to open. Twin Lakes is one of our favorite places to go boondocking. We stay at the higher elevation dispersed camping near the dam and water tower. Would recommend that you walk up the steep hill first to see if there are any open campsites. It’s a challenging hill with lots of ruts but doable. We have a 20 foot trailer but some big rigs were up there, too. We have also camped at the NF campground Lake View down from where you camped. It has pit toilets, trash and water. The Colorado Trail goes through the campground. As someone mentioned below, there is a dump station ($5 honor system) with potable water at the Sanitation Department on the edge of town. You can also get water at the park in Buena Vista. If you need more than a few gallons, you can fill up your tank at the water department in BV for cheap ($2, I think). So much to do in the Twin Lakes area. Put it on your list.
Great video and enjoyed your tour of the area.

Thank you again. We would love to see listed temperatures on your videos of the locations you travel. (we know this will change) Just great to see how you manage each climate.
    Thank you
