You had it in lounge mode. If you extend the poles further out, that is hammock mode. That's why you were hitting the support arm. Might want to look at the other videos or read the instructions.
@@yogi_5150 I did read the instructions. There was nothing to state the pills extended even further out. I only hit the support once as I didn’t have it adjusted. After that I was fine. The second time I had the hammock bunched up under my body at first, which made me think I was on the suppers again. Aftet I fixed that it was golden.

@@yogi_5150 thanks for the heads up. Now if now to wait for it to dry and hope it doesn’t rain again today and I can test/ film a short on modes and how to adjust.
