The perfect video for me!!!! I am 4' 10" and I love wearing suits and bowties/neckties any time I can. Sometimes I just wear my dress up clothes just because. I feel it helps with my dysphoria.

Hi Harrison! Looking forward to learning more on formal wear - it's definitely a touchy subject for me and can cause tonnes of anxiety/dysphoria. I'm ftm, about 5'5" and a lot heavier than you :) I'd be interested in button shirt brands that are shorter in length and don't need to be tucked in - everything I find that fits my width is super long and looks dumb, Hah

I’m roughly the same size another thing that has worked for me is to get an adult slim tie and use different knots. My go to is a full Windsor it makes the tie shorter and sit at the right spot. Getting the slim tie is the key so the knot isn’t too big on my neck.
I love the new direction of your channel!

Hi Harrison! Thank you so much for making this video! Being a 5ft trans guy I find suits really tough to navigate. For me, pants are usually the toughest to find. I’d really appreciate it if you covered that in video. Keep up the awesome content dude! 😎👍

So happy you’re starting this series! I’m 5’2” and I love fashion but due to the fact that nothing fits I end up super dysphoric and discouraged.

I'm so excited for this!!! I'm a non-binary person who likes to shop in the men's section, but I'm a size 5 men's shoe and I haven't been able to find any that aren't on Amazon. I'm so excited to see what you find!!

As a 4’10” trans man I’m really looking forward to this even though I know I’ll still probably have to shop in the boys section looking forward to a tailoring episode

Hi Harrison, I am similar in size, but pre-t, pre-top surgery and I have trouble finding shirts. Recognize that my chest is part of the problem, but arm fit is something I am also frustrated with. For example, if I find a button down shirt that fits me across my shoulders, then often the material constricts around my arm pits if I extend or lift my arms. If i go up in size, then the amount of material in the sleeve becomes ridiculous and emphasizes my smaller arm width. Do you have any brand recommendations or tailoring tips for finding spiffy shirts?

Jeans that have the right inseam would be appreciated. I'm typically a 28" inseam, but my waist is 30-32" depending on the brand and style. The only place that I've found that has this is american eagle, but I have to get a 28" waist, 28" inseam which is a bit snug on my waist so I make sure to get the styles that have the most stretch. I also can't spend a fortune on them :)

I personally have the hardest time with shoes! My feet are too narrow to fit men's shoes, but usually too big for kids sizes.

We have super similar dimensions. Suits from Express fit me the best! Check out tomboy toes online too for shoes

For research I would recommend Jordan O'Brian. He's a men's fashion youtuber and other than many of his fellow..fashionistas? he's fairly inclusive.
I got stuck on this video of his where he offhandedly mentions being gay as a completely normal option despite not "having to":
    czcams.com/video/2Dyk2eJ_t7o/video.html
But in general, his videos are good and he provides lots of sources as well as advice for less pricey options

$400 isn't that much for a suit, especially for a good fit.
My ex bf paid like $600 for a regular suit of the rack. But maybe that's a German thing?
