Lore Videos are the reason why I subscribed to you. I am a roleplayer writing fictional diaries of my character and kinda a lore freak, so I really like this kind of content. Your texts are incredibly well written and you have a really wonderful voice. You really should do more videos like this one😊
I'm still more curious about the "Harbinger" the sylvari named Malyck that awoke outside of Pale tree's grasp... why was he a humanoid as well? Is there another tree out there? If he wasn't inherently corrupted then perhaps the seeds of the great trees aren't inherently evil and under mordremoths influence. Maybe the other tree is closer than we think. Missed opportunities of HoT expansion...too bad.
Its still possible that it will come up later.
Maybe, it would be interesting to come across another sylvari city that not only is most likely still recovering from mordremoth, but also faces a new danger whether that would be inquest, joko or another elder dragon. It would create a infinitely more complex world knowing that there are not only Charrs, Humans, Centaurs, Asura that have migrated elsewhere, but that there are also other great trees of sylvari with their own twist on the question of existence and meaning.
I think that the way ls4 is going would be a good place to add it in
Perhaps, but then i'd say it should be closer to the end. Otherwise It would seem a bit too "bloated" to start discovering isolated societies one after another.
yeah, or maybe have LS4 lead into their discovery in the start of the next xpac
