Sarah, with wire connector ends that have the "Creepy Green Death" on them, soak the ends in straight CLR. It eats it away down to clean metal. When you pull it out of the CLR, spray them off with CRC quick dry electric spray. I've done this for years while restoring old motorcycles and it works great.
Keep doing what you do! I've always been impressed with how detailed and in depth you are with all your projects.

Just a tip. PWM control of a solid state relay is the go for fuel pump speed control. Works great with Walbro 460's and other E85 rated pumps. It really helps keep your fuel cooler too. You configure the PWM table based on injector duty, and the normal fuel pump running signals.

I tried to see if anyone commented this already about the fuel pump relay: It wont work as you have drawn it. a 12V relay needs a minimum of 4 wires to work, a switched trigger to the coil (positive or ground) with the other side either being positive or ground (the opposite of the switched side). Those are the terminals you said you were leaving disconnected. Then you need the 15A feed to one side of the switched terminals, and the normally open terminal to the fuel pump. Coming from me with an automotive electrical backround, your work looks great, better than many "pros" I have seen.

Mr Dos being a turbo SW-20 is going to be a rare collector car in that condition (they already are). Finish that, keep it, enjoy it, then drop a clutch in the TT and track it (or just make it a driver). For good or for bad, the Audi doesn’t have the collectibility of the MR2, and it’s likely you’ll OCD yourself trying to make that back to a better or new condition car (meaning don’t beat yourself up trying to make it like Mr. Dos).
