What’s even worse is the cops didn’t want to help until Rachel’s story was spotlighted on a Americas Most wanted but Australian version show. They couldn’t even go to a police dept near their home because the unhelpful police dept “started” the report

The fact that this woman is out walking the streets in Australia is insane to me. They released her EARLY despite this abhorrent shit. She was willing to kill a child (and one she knew very well) because of how intense her own self loathing was. How is someone like this allowed to be released EARLY?!

Remember this is 98, police don’t take this seriously back then, but now the law is change and police now take it seriously. And again it could be Australia police. Different police departments in multiple country don’t take thing seriously.
That’s Australian Police. Almost every story I’ve heard from MrBallen when it comes to American Police they always seem to start looking for missing persons right away. Different Country Different rules.
As I said before to you both my father was brutally m worded in 1992 all premeditated no one paid for it. The Australian justice system is trash. Even now you would get more time for doing a burnout on the road with your car.

I used to be a nanny. One of the girls I watched was BEAUTIFUL! The first time I saw her, I knew she would grow up to be gorgeous.
I am so blessed that I got to be a positive part of her life. Just thinking about putting myself into any type of life competition with her feels so perverse. This is true sickness. So unbelievably sad.

Sooo the taxi driver didn't smell the body ?!?! She was dead for two days before the lady got rid of her. He should have called the police after she got out and gave a description of her.

Well to be fair a single murder is usually 20-25 years with a additional crime, for her it was identity theft. For something like 25-life without parole is brutal murder such chopping bodies,burning etc..... Or being a serial killer. Caroline was bad for what she did but I'm sure with a second chance she could make a change.
Killers, at least small time idiots that killed have changed for the better before. 15 years in prison is a nightmare that does make some people think.
