2023 Kia Xceed Plug-In Hybrid review

The Kia Xceed is a very common sight no matter where you go in Europe. With today's buyers' propensity to buy crossovers, it's not surprising that in many markets this is the most popular out of all the four Ceed body styles, even though it's also the most expensive, with a starting price of around €24,000 before any incentives are factored in. Why is the Xceed, tested here in PHEV facelift guise, such a big success story?
