Oh I live 15 minutes away from this zoo and come here often. it's my favorite place on earth. I can sit with the sharks for hours. it's so relaxing.

Il go maybe once or twice a month with my kids to Burgers Zoo, its such an awsome place. The ocean wil always keep a special place in my heart because my disabled boy always used to look his eyes out here 💫 and now i always come here to remember him.

Don't come there very often, but been there once or twice. It's an amazing zoo. Just makes me think how blessed we are here in the Netherlands with amazing zoo's and also excellent theme parks like The Efteling.

This is my favorite zoo. Visit it every year since when i was small. Watched the coral reef grow. Now im going with my own kids. Circle is complete.
That was wild, and the tanks were enormous and beautifully created, would love to see the coral at night with lights that really show their true colors. Truly amazing how they pulled this off. Thanks George, another memorable tour.
Every year there is a conference for biology students in the zoo and you can walk through the aquarium in the evening in the dark, magical experience :)

I live about a mile or 2 from this zoo and am very proud to have this in my city, it truly is beautiful to walk through.
Burgers is a must see zoo. 100/100 recommend
they have a 'behind the scenes' day every year and it's awesome to watch.
I used to visit this zoo every week with my parents on Wednesday afternoon when I was free from school. The Ocean has always been my favorite place!

I live in the netherlands and love burgers zoo. I think i visit once every 1-2 years... so i know what to expect. But it still amazes me.
The 'new mangrove' is cool. But there was an old iteration i think i loved even more. A small dinkey enclosure where you would walk on wooden walkwaus only centimeters above the grey mud fields. That was less pretty to see, but did give a very immersive experience.
Still, the new thing is more spectacular.

Burger's Zoo is one of my favourite zoo's in our country!
Last time i visited Burgers Zoo was in 2017, and the Mangrove had just opened, so every bush and plant was still very small, nice to see it has grown allot. They did not even have the fiddler crabs yet when i was there.
I watched 13 minutes of this video before realising... "HEY! I've been there!!" 👀 My favourite was definitely the bats. Beautiful!

You might get this all the time but have you ever visited Oceanagrafique in Valencia? It knocked my socks off! We visited twice in our holiday, it has phenomenal displays!

I heard the Rotterdam Zoo get the water for their Atlantic Ocean aquarium from ballast tanks of containerships. They load it at a specific agreed Atlantic ocean location and it is off loaded in the port of Rotterdam.
They once build a campsite in the zoo, the sleep among the animals. My family was lucky to secure a camping spot. My kids where so amazed by it. We come a few times a year awesome zoo!

Didn’t notice one mega aquarium you should check out, where I live in Zhuhai, China (next to Macau). Chimlong Ocean Kingdom (whale sharks) & their new Spaceship (pod of orcas) holds multiple Guinness World Records for aquarium size. Sorry if you’ve been and I missed it on your plethora of videos. Love all your behind the scene videos & passion really comes through.

This truly is one of the best zoo's I've ever visit... Burgers Bush, Desert (a real desert eco display) are also great to visit. In the early morning when it's not that busy you can see a lot of animals in the bush,

My favourite zoo in the country I live in, and I vaguelly remember it being build and me waiting in anticipation for it to be finished. I didn't know it is the largest aquarium in the entire world though! That sure makes me look at it differently next time I'll visit.

@@timlow131 Did you listen? These corals have been growing in that aquarium for 22 years. And I know it isn't mentioned, but no coral was damaged to start this, coral larvae were caught in the wild at spawning and settled in the aquarium. As over 99% of coral larvae die in the wild, catching some (less than 1% of a single spawning) doesn't hurt the wild population.

This really is one of the best zoo’s in the Netherlands! That reef tank is even more impressive when you see it live, it is so colorful. Another great reef tank is in Blijdorp, it’s not as old as this one and really needs to mature but the way it’s setup is great. You start out at a beach and slowly go deeper until you’re in a tube under a tank with big sharks. Really nice one too and the cool think is it has tides as well.
