THAT WAS INSANE!! Who else is obsessed with the Mola Mola Sunfish now?!! 😊🐟 So CUTE! Massive special thanks to Martin who was one of the best tour guides we've ever had! Really genuine and passionate about the marine life of the North Sea. HE SHOWED US EVERYTHING that day and really made our experience special. Truly a GREAT AQUARIUM, and EVEN BETTER PEOPLE 💪🌊 Give the video a like & subscribe if you want us to keep visiting these crazy destinations!

I’ve seen one in the wild off the coast of Southern California. Things are absolutely massive.

Hej hallo jeg er din største danske fan af digHi hello I am your biggest Danish fan of yours
I went there 4-5 years ago and they had two giant sunfish then. Did they die? :( I have some fotage of them. They where incredible.
George, you have introduced your viewers to so many wonderful aquariums, fish breeders, and other aspects of the fish keeping world! You've put a bunch of places on my list to visit! I love your enthusiasm and Martin's enthusiasm! This aquarium looks like a wonderful place to view and learn about North Sea fish! Several months ago, I viewed a special on the mola sun fish. They're very unique in many ways! Thank you George, Martin and the aquarium for this awesome tour!
I never thought i'd see the day you went to Denmark, and my region as well. I've been to Nordsøen a couple of times, it's quite incredible.
Jag måste erkänna att detta akvarium var otroligt imponerande. Dit vill jag nu åka med min familj :) hälsningar från Sverige.
I was in Aalborg but I remember now we talked about visiting this aquarium
Thanks to George and his crew for making and sharing this video ! I've been aware of this beautiful aquarium for quite some time, but this has been the very best tour of it that I've seen. Seeing the behind the scenes with a great tour guide has been perfect for me !
I wish they could hook up to the free electricity it would take a little pressure off.
I love that it is not just showing the aquarium but also the explanation of the other guy. All the information is so cool. Love it.
I used to go there when I was a kid and a long time ago (2003 I believe) there was a fire that broke out and unfortunately the sunfish passed away, I’m so glad they rebuilt it and kept the original ideas❤
Wow, that was a fantastic aquarium, I thought for a minute the main tank was actually in the ocean. It's amazing how people's dreams can become a reality. Thanks George and Martin for taking us along.
Happy Holidays 🎄👍
I’m in Southern California and I’ve been in the water with sunfish. They are definitely pre-historic looking! Super cool
I absolutely love these aquarium videos where we get the curators or staff members to take us on a tour. I would definitely love to visit an aquarium with a mola mola someday
Watching these huge aquariums with just massive windows, it's hard to not be impressed and in awe.
So cool, I have never seen the baby lobsters before, so adorable
Best video on your Channel! Thank you for showing some love to Denmark!❤️
Feeding time is always amazing! Whether you see it at a public aquarium, in a zoo or your own fresh water tank at home with a bunch of tetras. 😃
I think what I love most is how every time George goes to one of these aquariums the curators always seem so happy to walk him around and show him everything, for both the public and staff only sections.
Most of them have probably never heard of George and could care less about CZcams but they are always so happy. I don’t know many professionals that would take the time of day for a CZcamsr
That tour guy was awesome
Wow!
That aquarium is SO big!
look at those sun fish!😄
George you deserve so many more views but I can’t wait to see what you have going on at home like the old days!!!
As usual great tour👍thank you
Martin and the Nordsøen Oceanarium rock!!!
Thank-you so much for sharing such an amazing and beautiful place.
This was a fun, quality interview!
So super amazing. Thanks for sharing
every video is worth the wait !! love the Molamola , it is so cuteee
As a dane i have to say that this is probably one of my favourite to-go places in denmark, its so extraordinary there and it feels so special. So thank you for visiting this place! 😁🔥🙌🏽
Thank you for showing us this amazing place
Nice work George!
Cheers,
Chris
Awsome video. Respect for comming all the way over here and seeing different places like this. You are great at speaking to all different nationalities of the world. Danes are easy though, I'm sure you noticed.
Man what an amazing facility, So cool
How AMAZING is that place 😍
great video. I was at this aquarium last year during my holyday. it so cool to see some of the behind the scenes. would highly recommend a visit. the ocean tank is just something you have to see in real life
i was there this year too, i waited for the ferry and then i thought i could shortens the waiting time by visiting the aquarium
great experience
Wow. Thank you for sharing.
I was there like 10 years ago! Such a cool aquarium.
Seeing the video was mind-blowing. Ive been to the one in Atlanta Ga.
I love how he's using final cuts default rain animation at the start
I've never been interested in animals or fishes or anything, yet for some reason, with the random roll of CZcams recomendations and a little bit of curiosity, I somehow sat and watched a full video about an astonishing display of sea life.
The magic of an aquarium but also, the magic of a good guide / host
Having a 40+ year old fish is something to be proud of.
Oh wow finally a aquarium close to me, i have to go and see this in the summer!
The only time I saw a Mola Mola sunfish was when snorkelling at a shipwreck near Tangalooma. one of my favorite fish.
Wow awesome glad you enjoyed your time in denmark. You are welcome any time!
I am from Denmark and this video really made me happy!!! I was also thinking about u visiting an aquarium in Denmark before!!!😊 you should definitely check out another aquarium in Denmark called Den Blå Planet it has fish from all around the world and also has a GIANT fish tank you can also pet some sting rays!!! I love ur videos!!
Wow now that was an awesome aquarium. The sunfish were unreal ❤
❤Just subscribed Thank You for your posts absolutely stunning fish 🐠🐟🐠 and other animals 💖💖💖🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Great video. Very impressive aquarium
Great video! I hope you visit the "Blue Planet" Aquarium just outside Copenhagen as well, it has fish from all over the world, also a huge 4 million Liter sea tank with sharks!
its funny that this poped up on my feed, this is a aqarium ive gone to for most of my child hood and still go to this day! its a lovely place for me to go when i can with all the tanks that are there, thay also have got some REALY good fish fillays in the canteen ^^
At some point George should really visit TODI in Beringen, Belgium. It's a diving center (over 6milion litre diving tower) build into an old mining silo. Here you can dive with tropical fish like arowana, pacu, mbu puffers, cichlids, etc.
I think you might also really like the aquarium at Hagenbeck Tierpark in Hamburg, they have a gorgeous aquarium and tropics part that I reay loved when I visited
Hey you should come to KLCC in Kuala Lumpur and head to Aquaria. Fish like elephantnose fish, arapaima, clown knifefish, Tapah, otters and sharks are there, very satisfying
I grew up here and I didn’t realize how impressive this place was😅
I know right, i didn´t know we had sunfish.
Amazing tour guide
Came along way from reef guides! Keep it going bro
Wow I could spend all day just watching the fish!
The sunfish has such an amazing evolutionary story. I wish they had talked about that more …
@3:53 Watch them swim towards the divers like big ol' puppy guppies.
Adding this place to my list when I go to Denmark!
Love the vids ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Soo many places to discover my brother❤
This was fascinating!
You should visit Atlanterhavsparken in Ålesund! Amazing aquarium!
my nitrate is high and i love it ..... that aquarium is big .... i think it's cool .... maybe one day i will visit it
Really cool video, Just one small thing. Could of even been mentioned im kinda high.
The Mola Mola (Ocean Sunfish) specifically when he was talking about it around 3:00 he should of been referring to (Mola alexandrini) The Giant Sunfish.
They are different species, though closely related obviously. Typical Ocean Sunfish average up to 1000kg, But heavier specimens can reach up to 2000kg
while we found a 2744kg Giant sunfish in 2021.
Imagine how it might have felt being a fisherman at a time when you stumbled on to a school of mackerel, see that volume of fish and realize how many people you could feed with them..."Holy Mackerel"
Planning on going here for a motorcycle trip in the coming summer.
I am so spoiled as a well traveled scuba diver who has seen MANY aquariums, but this one would be on my list.
the flounder's assymetry is trippy
what an awsome place!
You should come to Lisbon George. The Oceanarium here has 7.500.000 litres with tons of cool exhibits.
Beautiful fish
AMAZING 🤩
So envious, I've only been to the Miami Seaquaiun and Sea World Orlando.
I have been there 2 years ago, this aquarium is insane
Sunfish are also on the Cape of Southern Africa. They are amazing fish.
I am lucky im subscribe to u bcz this video was speechless ❤
I’ve been there 2 times and I love the sun fish to❤
that shark poking his head out is the cutest thing ever
It was nice to see you visiting a Danish one I hope you will return and visit some of the others
I was on a whale watching boat tour a few years back and we saw a bunch of whales diving and breathing. Then I look to my right down toward the ocean when suddenly appeared a baby sun fish from the depths. I truly believe he saw me and wanted to say hi. Watching this just made me realize how lucky I am to have seen one in person and in the wild. Thank you lord!
Amazing place
Hello I like your videos new subscriber ❤
my local aquarium (monterey bay aquarium) used to have a sunfish too ! but sadly they no longer have it
Super vidéo !! de France , merci .
i am from the bay area, ca. we have a mola mola at the monteray bay aquarium. i have seen a wild one in the ocean.
most unique indeed. where most displays dont mimic other ocean parks.
9:58 . Correct me if I'm wrong but you recorded this video almost 2 years ago?
I’ve seen those sun fish way bigger off the coast of California fishing
Beautifull
THAT'S THE ANIMAL CROSSING MUSEUM AQUARIUM OMG😂❤
another banger
Wow😮😮
I would love to visit the aquarium
As soon as i heard 'the north sea' my brain from ticktok went 'yooo hooo'
astonishing
A other interresting Aquarium would be the HAUS DES MEERES in vienna
How thick is the class~? I want to build some out of shipping containers that go in a circle! We would be surround in the middle of it! A must have!!
You should come to Portugal, visit the Lisbon Oceanarium (Oceanário de Lisboa). In 2015 and 2017 it was considered world's best Oceanarium. They have a giant Mola Mola. And it's not a Sun Fish, it's a Moon Fish.
It's also called Sun Fish, because the Mola Mola likes to sunbathe on top of the water
mo;a mola is poggers!!
Pozdrawiam wszystkich serdecznie ❤
Awesome place, even for a cold water habitat! For lobsters, it's 10k eggs per lb of lobster, so if it's a 10lb 🦞, she can carry 100k eggs+ ! Fun fact, lol😅
"A place to get your heart rate really low" How low we talking? 😂 jokes aside, this place is now on my bucket list.
Amazing aquarium, have you ever visited the deep hull UK. European deepest shark tunnel, lift in the tank. They have green sawfish and they re hoping that they may breed now that they are old enough. (They where babies when they opened the deep in 2002 we have seen them grow up.)
I can second that ! The 'Deep' in Hull, UK is an amazing place and the main Aquarium tank is about three floors tall with an elevator inside it ! I'm not kidding ! It also has the largest open top mangrove tank that I've ever seen in my life, stunning fish everywhere ! They've even got a fish petting zoo section and tropical fish from all around the world, some that you'll never see in the hobby (from Vietnam, Thailand, etc.). Definitely worth a visit.....
