- I show in detail how to install molded mud flaps on a 2019-2022 RAV4 or RAV4 Hybrid. These are aftermarket mud flaps and they fit perfectly. They look very similar to OEM mud flaps but at a fraction of the cost.
The front mud flaps can be easily installed in about a minute by turning the wheels to give plenty of working room. The rear mud flaps can be easily installed with the help of a Tite-Reach tool. I'll list the link for it below. Worst case scenario would be to take a few minutes and remove the rear wheels to gain more access.
I hope this helps with anyone adding mud flaps on a RAV4 as this improves the looks a lot. It also provides protection to the side of the RAV4. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

What is the tool called you used to pop off the top clip?
A simple trim removal tool is all you need. Kits like this are available for less than $10 on Amazon. www.amazon.com/GOOACC-Removal-No-Scratch-Molding-Fastener/dp/B081LD5GNJ/ref=sr_1_17?crid=1889HVW2NTYU7&keywords=car%2Binterior%2Btrim%2Bremoval%2Btools&qid=1672890661&s=automotive&sprefix=interior%2Btrim%2Btool%2Cautomotive%2C208&sr=1-17&th=1

@@chucklorikellum3431 You're welcome
Can you name the tool 🧰 you used
The link is in the description above.
I just did these last night on our 2023 SE, you left out the bottom bolt. Kinda important
Not sure what you looked at but I clearly show the underside bolt and screw and I did install them.
The rear required drill to make a couple pilot holes but luckily I just used a paint marker to mark out the drill spots after partial installation
