The best thing about the black color block on the fireplace wall is how well it blends the tv into the wall. Five years from nobody is going to put stackstone on the main tv wall in a modern design

It’s amazing you can get a custom luxury home for that price. Plus not having to deal with the headaches of permits & contractors are especially worth it.

Like the super clean look of the kitchen. I would create some sort of a Qi wireless charging station at one end of the counter and have a place to mount an Alexa 10" smart hub. I might also rig a network jack in there or create a complete homework station on the island I would also put a wine fridge into the side of the idland.

They really need to step up the cabinets in these million dollar homes. Minimum veneer should be mandatory for a "luxury" home.
I agree, I also think for the money there making off these homes they can do better as far as products used.

15 ft. ceiling might've been overkill, i dont like the cabinetry, the back and mountain view is straight, house is one big echoey room ..i think pardee or whatever theyre called now made doper contemporary homes.

We're planning to relocate to Nevada from Canada this fall. I have been to Summerlin a few times 15 years ago. I loved it. We plan on purchasing a home there. Hopefully something near a golf course and mountain views. I don't believe we would want to build but perhaps an existing home that is similar.

To get a Custom home built buy Toll Brothers , is there a certain price range they would start at.
For instance I was approved for $650k & dont like anything I've been finding because I want my home to look different then the standard track home ?

Yes.
Do you mean build a floorplan that is from a different community? Doubt it, they have to be pre-approved by the county.
So if the county approved it. Tolls brother could build it?

Toll brothers are the most overpriced home builders in Las Vegas. Smh. Should have put subzero for that price omg. Cheap stuff.

Not anywhere close to a million. The base price without pool and upgrades was $900K. Actual finished price was probably $1.5 - 2 million (not sure about lot premium).
I wouldn't pay 300-500k for the lot anyway. I will be looking at pre existing homes with palms 🌴 and views.
@@jaxx2688 At Mesa Ridge, you are paying for a 24x7-staffed gated community, with a high-end community center, which is far away from the flight path of jet airplanes (a problem for a lot of developments in Las Vegas). It is also a little higher elevation, above most of the smog of the Vegas valley. In the desert, all trees (including palms) have to be planted, it's just a matter of cost.
@@mark9118 I agree but HOA's take care of the guarded community and I can see higher prices for land the higher you go or are you better off sticking that 500k in a mature community. I'm flying out in May to check Henderson and Summerlin out and have a good time!
