Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure is the first Crash Bandicoot game to be released on a handheld console. In this game, Crash is off to save the world as Doctor Neo Cortex has shrunk the Earth using his "Planetary Minimizer".

What the actual DUCK was the swimming tech?! It was nuts!
The rerecord counter was incredible too. I would've thought this was an ''easy'' game to TAS. :-P
Two years late, but
"Machinegun Swimming: Press B without any directional keys 2 frames before the moment Crash's sprite inclination will return perfetly horizontal. In most cases, you can achieve this by pressing Up or Down for a minimum of 1 frame to a maximum of 3, then press B exactly 3 frames after the frame you started pressing the direction. This allows to get horizontal speed of 900 every 4 frames.

I always thought that giving the same game more than one title was a bit XS-ive. So that's a reasonable name.

Loved this game as a kid but something tells me it'd be less enjoyable these days.
Regardless the animation still holds up as a good example of pre-rendering and the soundtrack is definitely still quite enjoyable if not odd for swapping of boss tracks!

Usa un emulator para ejecutar todo esos movimientos que el jugador normalmente no lo puede hacer. (Como por ejemplo pulsar izquierda y izquierda de forma instantánea)

Well this is a surprise.
Fun Fact: I played Crash Bandicoot GBA for the first time and it's like I know the level. It's like it was natural to me (even if I lose lives). I was about to fight the 2nd boss.
I have no idea such game/port existed and I was excited to play it even if Crash games are know as frustrating.
I am surprised by the 3D effect.
I like how because this isn't a 100% run, just a fast as possible run, he deliberately goes for a very low box score.😅
Some of them inherently require backtracking, anyway.

Undertale did take many sound clips and inspiration from other games. Idk he might have played this game and thought that was a good theme and then he might have put it in the earthbound Halloween mod after that....???
I hate this game, why the design of the level are so hard, instead of having fun i just get angrier every single time, and there's no way a gonna get all the gems, for me me, I BEAT THE GAME
