Met Tony 3 times - absolutely lovely man. So genuine and warm. So far removed from the primadonnas of today’s age.
It takes a very strong person to be a recovering alcoholic. Temptation is everywhere. Respect to Tony
Remember Tony being an absolute gent I met him when I was in Great Ormond Street around '96 gave me a hat & we had a few games of table football hadn't even thought of that for well over 20 years until I saw this
Huge respect. Takes a real man this.
I use to play Sunday football drunk. It stopped me feeling cold and feeling the knocks.
Greatest ever Gunners captain.
Considering he liked the sauce and had his demons, he was one hell of a defender.
The best English defender
I love how they speak. Thank you for sharing your experiences, and story.👍👍
Thanks for Sharing
Love Tony Adams I'm proud to have Arsenal Shirts with his name on them
We might have won if the Arsenal contingent weren't all hammered
Adams was sober most of 96 never started drinking till after euros
@@James-lm6wt After Euro 96 he headed straight to The Chequers pub.
@@James-lm6wt he drank heavily for 12 years and stopped after euro 96 didn't he?
Euro 96 was catalyst for him to stop, and arsene wenger
@@TokyoJoe703 wenger said you’ll die before we stop paying you at this rate, famous quote
Wow doesn't feel that long ago
What a great man
I thought Benny Hill had died years ago?
He's got a brum accent now as well!

Shame they did not get better person to interview him. Terrible
Mass-organised sporting events - the driving force for eternal infantilisation.
They are all childish hey, you could say that about our government, they are childish when it comes to politics, often wonder why they wanted to be a politician, certainly don’t live up to expectations.
Speak English
He's lying through his teeth. He 'bottled' it and Southgate the young pup at the time was forced to take that penalty. Gareth was the sacrificial lamb. Hope Gareth redemption is near. May he lift up that trophy. He is the true leader of men.
Lol
What did you want him to do!, give him an ice cream, Adams is a defender and not a good penalty taker so Southgate was a worthy choice, either that or Southgate shouldn’t have been in the team at all.
Darren Anderson was the sixth most recognised penalty taker on the pitch…but he bottled it.
the world government of the antichrist is near but through Jesus Christ we have salvation believing by faith
believing in the place where you are. read in the bible Romans 10: 9 and 10
John 14: 6, John 1:12, Acts 4:12
Hallelujah 🙏

Born again rubbish, what about the people who keep sinning!, people are suckers for this born again fraud.
No such thing as a born again Christian, you can’t be born again until you die.
That’s what happens when you are overpaid
you sound like a good bloke.
