  • Week 3 of the 18 week shred plan
    Back has always been a good body part for me to build and gain strength in. I changed up my position in dumbbell rows as I was feeling pressure in my waste when using a bench. The dumbbell today felt really light and I connected well with my lat.
    I walked at 6.30 am fasted for an hour and a half and a post workout walk roughly an hour and my step count came to 20 thousand today.
    I was fasted last week at 15 stone 9, 219lbs so I’ll aim for a pound drop for Friday morning.

    My routine doesn’t change as I follow the progressive overload model where I track my progress with either gaining a rep or a weight increment.
