I stack silver and gold to hedge against our debt-fueled, fiat currency-based economy that I am convinced is in deep trouble. Consider stacking silver and gold yourself to help you build and preserve wealth. And thank you for watching Campbell’s Coins!

Thanks for letting us see your grandfather’s collection. Your grandfather was an avid collector he put a lot of time and effort into the hobby. I’m 69 years old now and I have a similar collection. There are many many many albums around the house duplicates triplicates quadruplicates. My first coin was an 1867 shield nickel that my grandmother found while working on the farm. I looked through change every day since then. I would go to the bank and take out rolls and rolls of pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars, and silver dollars. The first album that I completed was Roosevelt dimes. The last album that I completed was the standing liberty quarters. It was so hard to find liberty standing quarters that had dates . They wore off. I sent most of the key dates to PCGS and NGC. I collect the modern coins. I collect state quarters and America the beautiful quarters.
Yes he was, thank you so much for watching. It means a lot that people enjoy seeing what he amassed over the decades. Family is what gets the future generations involved in coin collecting. Liberty quarters are very tough, I only have a tiny handful of those and most are a slick piece of silver. Appreciate you sharing with us.
These are the best types things to find. Classic memories with real value
Yes, absolutely!
I experienced this in 1988 when my father died. I actually loved being able to go through and evaluate and put a price tag on it. After weeks of doing so I went ahead to pay my mom for the collection. She just smiled and said dad wanted you to have it. I cried and hugged her. One of the best gifts I could ever get because my dad started me young collecting coins.
That's very sweet. I'm glad it stayed in your family, especially with someone who appreciates it, like your dad did. This is an experience I won't forget. Every time I open a box, an old memory of him comes back from the deep, it's a moving experience for sure. Thanks so much for sharing your story!
It's amazing how many older gentleman collected coins. And your grandfather was just one of those people.
My Dad collected coins but not like your grandfather did. He just collected silver coins in general. I don't know how he keep them or how much he had. If i came across a silver coin, he would get it. I only know my mom took them to a dealer years after he passed. She received over 5 thousand dollars for his collected.
I did get 6 Morgan dollar that hadn't been sold. I wish I had gotten more than i had. I now collect silver coins, but I somehow am drawn to the Morgan dollar.
Thank You so much for taking time to allow your viewers to see just a part of his collection.
Thanks James! That's great your dad collected coins, I'm glad you got some instead of none. The Morgan is my favorite too.

You should finish them, my dad passed away and had about 8 books and none were finished I've since completed 3 of them and I've bought 8 more to fill I spend about half my checks on coins to hunt and save the ones I don't need it's a great time killer and way to save money, keep your head up an finish them for the old man.

Wow! Another wonderful video, bro! I am so sorry that your Grandpa has passed away. But, you have some legacy of coins to leave for your future generations. 😻💜😉🍀🙏🙌
I would love to come across a collection of British pre decimal silver coins.
Wow. Just wow! He was passionate I bet. Bet he had a great LCS friendship. Do you know where he did most shopping?
He definitely loved his coins! No clue where he got them. A lot of this looks like it was purchased in the 70s/80s.
My son and I enjoy coin roll hunting for pennies. He likes the pennies especially because you can find old stuff in circulation, any 90% silver is impossible to find
Thanks for sharing
Tracy Feyler 💯

Nicolettes Hobbies he really did! 😊😊😊
I've been waiting for this
It's finally here! Thanks for stopping by
@@CampbellsCoins LET'S GO
It was nice of your grandfather to build these albums for his grandchildren. It's just too bad he never got around to gifting the albums while he was alive. Perhaps he didn't get them all filled to the point where he felt "ready" to give them away. Or, like a lot of people, he just ran out of time. At least he was able to pass along his love of coin collecting to you, which is what is important.
Nice
I wish any of my family had any knowledge or interest in coins at all. My wife just brought home a 1909 S VDB the other day.
You need to push those coins back in them album so they don't fall out there are a lot of those coins that are worth Megabucks you my friend need to brush up on what makes a coin valuable so that you know the difference between full steps on a nickel and full bands on a Mercury Dime or even a regular dime
Why is the dollar to gold and the dollar so silver ratio dropping on the us debt clock?
These amounts are based off the M2 money supply divided by the production of silver or gold for this year. Since we have been printing money like crazy, in order for the dollar to gold or silver ratio to drop, these metals must have a high production rate right now.
Enjoyed watching but I wish it was without the music.
Whitman Tone like crazy..
Did he start your journey?
I have most of 11:40 also
He liked his Jeffersons
Thank you for letting us look over your shoulder. That was poignant
Thank you NMS! Anytime!
Keep them. Don’t sell them.
100% these aren't going anywhere.
@@CampbellsCoins good
Yeah. There's a tendency for some to see these without the 'sentimental' value over and above the numismatics value. It's also cool to see how your grandpa collected these over time even with whatever shortcomings there may have been. It looks marvellously well organised. Some folks are just looking for 'treasure', bullion and errors etc. Great to have but one has to look beyond the monetisation value.
You talked for 7 minutes before you showed the first coin album. Please cut your intro down to 1 minute.
Man u make pretty decent videos but talk way to much.
Ur about to get to the meat and potatoes but then nope more blah blah blah
ward connor appreciate the feedback
