Anything with Brian starring is always good 👍 Thanks for the upload. 😊
Spot on.
My sentiments, exactly.
RIP Brian Dennehy you were one of the greatest actors ever
I could not agree more. I miss Brian Dennehy a lot 😮💨😮💨😮💨💯💯💯🌹🌹👏👏🙏❤️
Yes, he was.
What metric did you use to determine that he was one of the greatest actors ever
Bull Crap !!!!
Bull Crap !!!!
i stop watching television few years ago, but i seek out these old movies on youtube
Don't bother with De
So do I !
Brian Dennehy played everywhere like it was person. A supreme actor.
Brian Dennehy was the perfect actor for this movie. He is one of my all time favorite's. He said he never took acting lessons. He worked as a truck driver and a cab driver as well as doing 5 years in the Marine Corps. And if I remember correctly he was also a bartender. Lol. He did it the hard way--he EARNED his fortune.
He was perfect in every role. It was like he was not acting , it felt like he was that character in real life, if you know what I mean.
Please tell me more about life in America back then as far as the law is concerned.
He sure made you hate him in Rambo first blood,a sign of a great artist!!!
Great show with Ken Howard Brian Dennehy
If you get a chance to get to adamsville, tenn be sure to see Pusser family home / museum it is someing to see.
Sheriff Buford, a real legend, now a Grand Marshall in Heaven!👣🎺🎯
Very doubtful ! He lied about his military service but finally people realized he was a phony. When caught in his lies, Dennehy admitted having not served in Vietnam, but only Okinawa !,,
@robertcook9446
Walking Tall is the best biography of Bufford Pusser. This movie gets 5/5 rotten tomatoes.
Brian Dennehey is a good actor, though. This movie was just extremely poorly written.
Won't need a Marshall in heaven, no evil will be in heaven.

Buford Pusser sounds like he was a good man. I hope he is working for the Lord in some way.
@@robertcook9446 It was ' Pusser' not Dennehy, who was only an actor playing a part. Pusser never never got through U.S.M.C. boot camp. He ' supposedly ' had asthma which he never had symptoms of before nor after through the remainder of his life. Pusser was a liar, a phoney, and a proven CRIMINAL !!!! Pusser never ' walked tall '...he ' walked crooked ' !!!!
0:11 - Buford Pusser: “The wrong kind of people have had their say for too long and I want to remind them that somewhere in this world there is a little law and order left - to let them know in the only way their kind understands, that they can’t bribe or threaten their way and they will damn well pay dearly for every crime they commit.”
I love it.
Lord in HEAVEN don't we need a whole army of Bufords bout now!!!
@@sherylreed3558 You better wake up. He was on the take. He murdered his wife. He committed armed robbery and attempted murder in the late 50s. Don't believe these fairy tale bullshit movies.
Back when a community came together, a Sheriff actually cared for his people and would make sure everyone was held accountable for their crimes. I remember my Chief of Police in mentor on the lake in the 70's and he was not only a badass but fair and made sure our little (at the time) city was ran fair and just.
The former sheriff of my home county is an old fashioned guy. Back years ago during the ammo shortage he had to ask private citizens if the sheriff's department could borrow some ammo of various kinds. We all lent his department. what they needed because we knew if we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. He told us, back when they were talking gun confiscation, that any feds that show up to try to confiscate guns from law abiding citizens, who have done no wrong, WILL be arrested. He said if it comes down to a shoot out with the feds, his department would be blazing away right there with us. And, I have heard of several sheriff's around the country saying similar things.
Now they want to defund the police, and want them to wait until they almost killed before they fire back. That's why there is such a shortage of police officers.
I remember seeing this on CBS (Air date: December 9, 1978).
When seeing, I said to my Self, W👁️W, T👁️M!👣🎺🎯
This was a good movie
l'm binge-watchin' B. Dennehy movies, ..... & enjoyin' 'em all!
A Good movie, but it was Entirely a fictional story, Not based on Any case Sheriff Pusser ever investigated. The Walking Tall movies Did have fiction, but Just not This movie. Although it kind of made Sheriff Pusser look a little bit " country bumpkin", Brian Dennehy Was a Very Good actor. RIP SHERIFF PUSSER
Thanks for the film. Really enjoyed it
Love Brian x
No need for guns when you have Brian dennehy and a big stick
Brian Dennehy was born to play Sheriffs in movies.
A Real American Hero:
Sheriff Buford Pusser
First Blood: Sheriff Will Teasle
Silverado: Sheriff Cobb
Dennehey in FX was great!
Thank you for the great movie.
❤
Best Burford pusher was played by Joe Don baker
Brian Dennehy is an eternal legend
Soon as you saw Brian Dennehy in the credits you knew it was going to be a good movie, does anyone remember The Jericho Mile?
Not the first time Brain Dennehy played a sheriff and it was a good movie!! But he played the jerk sheriff in Rambo better! But not by much!
He played a great part in "In Broad Daylight." Where his character was named Lynn Roland and was based on the true story of Ken Rex McElroy of Skidmore Missouri. As always he nailed it.
BRAIN DENNEDY WAS THE BEST ACTOR IN EVERY PICTURE HE ACTED. HE WAS GREAT AS SHERIFF IN RAMBO, I GOT SO MAD AT HIM FOR THE WAY HE TREATED RAMBO. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVING A OSCAR👍
BMX. The one thing I can't say I miss, cause I'm still Beem'n
I love this movie....
Is that steve spurrier playing the botard with the chickens? Lol
Agree Wholeheartedly.
Im surprised Danny’s Disco is still in business
I guess they're getting alot of publicity. And it's in a hole in the wall.
Grady is played by the same guy who played Lutie in Walking Tall
You noticed Ed Call, too, huh? When I was 7 years old in 1973, I begged my mother to take me to see Walking Tall. We were late and we came in when Lutie drove like a maniac and greets Buford. Coincidentally, he mentions Grady to Buford. Ed Call also played Johnny Depp's father in the original Nightmare On Elm Street.
Sorry, but Buford Pusser didn't carry a snub-nose 38, he carried a, .357 magnum Colt Python with a 4" barrel.. They could have at least got that right.
Is that what he used on Louise Hathcock?
No. Buford shot her with a S&W 41 magnum revolver that he carried alot. @@papaforever3706
True ❤
Who played Buford Pusser's father? It doesn't look like he was credited, but he looks awfully familiar.
Forrest Tucker, along with a great cast of all stars.
@@williamboyd8688 thanks, William!
I wish there were more polices like Buford all over the world. We need to wipe out bosses of the crimes not their pawns.
He is a real super hero!
We need this kind of law enforcement more than we ever did before. Where the law applied evenly to EVERYONE and exceptions weren't made based on the financial status of the select few.
Spolt rich kids UGH X
i cant hear nowt dam copywrite
Buford Pusser was no hero.
I bet Mike Elam is your hero
Awful. I love the first three movies but this one omg is awful .
Buford Pusser had died in 1974... so by 4 years later he had already entered into the collective American psyche as a larger than life figure similar to say a Wyatt Earp or Pat Garrett... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buford_Pusser
Real American hero my ass.
Walking tall.. Right?
DENNEHY IS CERTAINLY NO hero ! Claimed Vietnam vet and spent NO TIME THERE. HIS MINISCULE MILITARY WAS SPENT AT Okinawa !!!
SO WHAT !!! What did you do!!?
SO WHAT, BUT HE WAS THE BEST ACTOR IN HIS TIME. HE WAS A HERO TO MANY PEOPLE EVEN IF IT WAS IN ALL THE MOVIES HE MADE.
Tell us your accomplishments
